Customer Service Rep was very responsive to schedule. However, arranging sub-contractors for corrections was not timely. Memberships orientation at our club was impossible to schedule. Under staffing issues lack the ability to work better hours to service new members.

Other than having to complete too many surveys on my experience, everything was fine.

The overall Shay home experience has been exceptionally from start to finish the process was seamless and after purchase the introduction to our home and some of his features was a wonderful experience

I have been so impressed with Shea homes in our buying experience at Trilogy at the Polo Club. Quality has been excellent Their customer service has been exceptional. Very responsive.

Again the staff in all areas were very personable and helpful. They treat you like extended family. They answer all your questions promptly. They guide you through the process very efficiently and easily. Great overall experience.

a very pleasant experience overall. Only place I felt ball was dropped was the requirements of new owner after close of escrow. Especially, those requirements that have a financial and time demand associated.

Positives: My salesperson, James, designer, Debbie, and construction superintendent, Manny all contributed to a wonderful home purchase experience. Negative: Shea Mortgage reps were not great timely communicators.

I was thrilled with the purchase of my home, Terry our sales rep was exceptional as was Manny our building Forman and Victoria our CS rep. Like every new home there were things that needed to be attended to and some were taken care of quickly and others we are still waiting on. Overall we love our home and the community and would highly recommend Shea and Trilogy at the Polo club .

Mike was great to work with and very responsive thru out the entire Sales process. .Debbie in the Design Center was also the same and our only complaint was that the price of upgrades seemed very high and their lack of flexibility in making simple changes ie deleting a medicine cabinet before the house was even framed. The superintendent, Ryan was fantastic and extremely proud of the work that he and the crew did! Lastly Richard in customer service could not be nicer and extremely responsive and professional. A very good team!!

We love our new home, but defenitley were surprised at the items we needed to do when moving in. When designing your home, be aware of upgrades that don't include basic items like towel bars in the bathroom, tile & granite not sealed by builder. We expect some items needing attention, but did not expect to have to do projects the week we arrived.

90% of everything in our new home went well. The tile and closets subs should have done a better job.

The entire process was ok ….If you buy a lot to be build on it make sure that everything is transparently disclose if outlets and other utilities boxes are posted on your front yard …so no surprises at the end ! No to pleased with interior decorator support ! However After Closing the assistance and attention to details received from the house delivery representative Richard is been Outstanding!!!!

The picking out of the options was difficult and not very flexible. Home structure is sound and Shea delivered our project pretty much on time even with the shortages the building industry is having at this time.

This Shea process is very well orchestrated but a few years behind in human needs and construction techniques and interior design and lighting opportunities. Most mechanical aspects are good but instant hot water is too far away from the delivery points and runs wasted water. Water lines in attic causing hot water rather than cold in hot weather. In interior design very little flexibility in choices and options along with vendors and time with designer. No options for lighting and wall plug locations. Landscape palette is not appropriate in many areas of varieties not regionally real in the setting. Sales not clear on interior color options and fron/side street frontage and rear yard setbacks for pools and equipment and landscape. Policy on two trees per rear yard is not enforced. Astroturfing or other fake grass should be outlawed as to heat gain and burning feet. Trash enclosure should be mandatory and areas between homes have tree requirements assisting in reflecting heat and producing shade and oxygen. Senior Sales agent Tarry is worth her weight in gold as is Field supervisor Armando. If I was still a general contractor, he would be my first hire!

Shea assigns you a person who does your walkthrough and is available for problems that come up. Each week they sent me a picture of the building progress of my home.

Good overall experience. Be prepared to work with the builder after delivery on product and construction issues.

Would have like to see better quality windows. The closing experience was not good at all. Overall happy though.

The overall experience was very good. As to quality: the windows offer much worse sound insulation compared to the replacement Windows we put into our other residence; the interior walls are paper thin; they saved a bit of money by not putting any natural light in the master bath and poorly placed the shower door to it is hard to get out. Still, while not perfect it is a lovely home and Shea is a professional machine which builds lots of homes on time.

I love the style and size of my new Shea home. It has everything I need and for the right price with quality finishes. The community is well planned to include many things to do. It is everything I was looking for to have an active life when I retire.

All through the buying process, everything was a smooth transition. There are few issues after moving to the home related to USPS address issue and HOA. Both of them are pathetic and builder is not able to help us.
