The entire process from purchase to closing with Shea Homes was great. Everyone was available to ask questions throughout the process, and everyone from sales to the builders were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were never told "no" by any of the teams. They wanted us to be happy and were glad to accommodate our requests. We absolutely love our home and we are very impressed with the workmanship. Whenever we have friends stop by, they are blown away with how nice it is. We will continue to recommend Shea Homes....

Trilogy at Bickford ranch has a great location on top of a hill. You get the feeling you are out in the country surrounded by open areas. We have all the amenities within a few miles. Come and look for yourself. The people are great.

We have lived in the home since November and still have issues not addressed. Shea isn’t responsive to issues. Home buying experience was good and our sales person Patty was fantastic.

Many finishes like LVT AND FIREPLACES ARE NOT OFFERED. No gas fireplaces no gas ranges. You are forced to buy what they offer and then tear it out and put in what you want. The design center is very weak’

We appreciated the responsiveness when there was a problem or we had a question. I appreciated the ability to change one of the extras that the first couple had chosen.

The closing process was difficult due to items not in place that Shea should have known about and senior executives did not respond to emails. The options selections process was also complicated as the team really didn't know about some options and that knowledge would have changed some of the items I selected (the Design Joy catalog was not accurate). That said, now that I'm in, I love the house. Quality is quite good and the construction foreman (Andrew) was great. The delivery team (headed by Vicki) is awesome and she is the most responsive person I have met.

I would have appreciated a more comprehensive explanation of exactly what items were going to be put into the house, For example, the tub in the second bathroom is not quality and some of the workmanship in the house is sloppy.
