All the staffs are very nice and approachable, I do feel like the designer can be more communicative on the time window and options. We took our time to pick the color etc only to find out we have one chance to quote bc of time. The font of my house was also not completely painted, since the walkthrough come in from garage, I didnt see it during the walkthrough, but after I reported to the builder, they were able to resolve it without any issue. From my initial purchase to closure of my lone, Shea helped me to successfully get my lone and move in. I really appreciate thire patience with me The value of my home was up immediately after my initial purchase I have seen other builders in the area . Everything went well, the people were nice. A little bit delayed on delivery date however it’s because of the pandemic causing delay in materials and construction.

Buying a new home is always a very involved process and The Shea staff has been very communicative and serving and have followed through thoroughly and professionally on any challenge that presented itself... with a great attitude. We felt very “taken care of” throughout the process.

This is are second home with Shea and their quality hasn’t changed. They offer great quality but to me, the best part, is the quality of service. I would always consider buying from them and recommending them to anyone I know.

We really enjoyed working with Alex and Josephine from a sales perspective, they were great! Gabriel from a post sales quality control perspective was great too! The craftsmanship was good overall but had some areas where corners were cut.
