Floor plan is exceptional and construction was on time

Nicely laid out home plan. We were kept informed of progress along the way. Consistently good workmanship and materials, with minor issues found during and after our close process. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

Do not trust the sales department

Beautiful home, well built, great neighbors

We moved from our previous home in Trilogy to our current house which has more defects and lesser quality materials. There are plenty of signs that speed of building was preferred over attention to detail. We paid more money (> $1M) and ended up with less quality.

This was my first experience buying a new house from a builder, and they exceeded my expectations.

The homes are built with a group of helpful people.

Shea is a quality builder. Subcontractors are "iffy". Had some major plumbing issues that were resolved. Contractors leaving garbage strewn outside construction sites that happen to be in the middle of our neighborhood. HOA dues to cover all amenities but majority of amenities are closed. ADJUSTMENT TO DUES SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED

We are the leftovers. Not a priority. On our own.
