Whole process went smoothly

Pleasent, easy to work with, very nice personality. Made us feel like we wanted to comr back for another visit anytime.

I am so happy with my new home! There have been a few minor things, but I always have someone to reach out to for an assist - Aiden has been especially helpful. My only 'complaint' is with all the edocs, and especially the 441 page contract. It would have been a much better experience to have had these important documents in paper form - or at the very least, the option for paper. As it is now, everytime I need to reference something, I have to go searching through various emails and edocs; this is very frustrating. Otherwise, couldn't be happier!

From my initial purchase to closure of my lone, Shea helped me to successfully get my lone and move in. I really appreciate thire patience with me The value of my home was up immediately after my initial purchase I have seen other builders in the area . For my purchase price , Shea gave me the most I am happy with the design it has everything For a comfortable living Thank you.

I had a great experience with this builder and all the staff are very nice. I know it was a long process, but I knew it from the beginning because of this pandemic but it was worth it to wait. Price of the house was great. Over all is excellent. Thanks to all the staff, specially to Hella, Brian and Eddie.

Overall quality is very good. Final exterior paint splattered and dripped on concrete. I'll try to power wash... Concrete cleanup could be much better. Very happy with Shea Mortgage!!!

All the people we’ve interacted with: Debbie, Aiden. Rick and others have been most helpful and great to work with. The design and infrastructure of the development is nicely done along with the attention to details and follow-up.

Sales representative was fantastic through complete process and continues to be even after closing. Construction team and warranty team have been very responsive and continue to satisfy our needs. We unfortunately missed out on quite a few options as the design representative was unfamiliar with Shea homes and the time afforded us was insufficient.

Almost every Shea person we talked with was a pleasure. The home buying process seemed rushed, and the Design Joy was hard to navigate. I felt like we were updated throughout the building process. After moving in, most items that needed repair were taken care of right away. The microwave does't fit correctly in the cabinet and we're still waiting for that to be fixed. My biggest complaint is the person you sent to the house to walk us through the "smart" features. The person who came out was not a pleasure to deal with at all. He was pushy and insistent that we had to sign up and use all the features of the home. Yes, even the ones we didn't want. So today my Sonos told me that there was someone at my door. The Sonos is in Murphys CA, the door is in Hollister CA. Now, my Sonos won't work in Murphys, because Alexa in Hollister has done just what we were told it wouldn't do, Alexa has taken over. We were part of the first buyers, so there were no models to view. The sales staff were very good. We were not allowed to make some changes that we wanted with options/upgrades, and they were very over-priced. We're paying the HOA fee, but not receiving any benefits from that yet, as the clubhouse amenity is a long way from completion. The front landscaping was not done very well, no weed barrier, so we are pulling weeds every a few times a week,

Good people , nice sales staff, , I just got an easy problem ( the technician of the AC company forgot to contact a little part that make the AC drain water in the roof and drywalls . But the shea warranty is good .

It was a mixed feeling experience. Sometimes the customer care was there sometimes it wasn't. We had an issue with closing and it felt like all transparency went out the window. Without that issue it would've been an amazing experience.

Do your job correctly! I cannot trust Shea at all!

I had a bad experience and cannot recommend Shea to any new home buyer. There were many delays and the staff were unprofessional. Overall I had a very bad experience with Shea homes and do not recommend them to anyone looking for a timely home buying experience.
