Seeing few air cracks & other minor issues.. Shea is helping with them as part of 1 year warranty.. So far the experience has been great

I have paid premium price for my house, but did get poor quality house for it. - The sales team very stubborn do not give opportunity to tell the quality issues identified, they just say whether to cancel or buy it. How can we cancel it after putting such a huge amount. We have to accept what ever quality they built it. - The put the chipped roof beam, when I pointed that issue, construction officer says it is what it is. - On receiving day of the key found huge cracks on the side yard. They can’t address it with in few hours, as I got the keys, I have to wait for service request. - After 20 days of living every nook and corners has huge crack/ displacement, during the 1 month appointment learned that they can fix these issues at 1 year appointment. - With in 15 days there was big wall enclosure displacement at the entry of the house. This shows the quality construction, I feel disappointed with this problem. Everyone in the neighborhood think it is the structural problem, where as your team think this model has known issues with wall enclosure displacement. - the garage handover with a dirty wall, I have notified before the keys handover. Very kind, ontime delivery, good quality, above all very friendly.

The entire home buying process was very smooth. The build quality was good, we had some flooring issues but the customer service team was on top of it once we notified about these minor issues. I would highly recommend Shea homes for any aspiring first time home buyers!

Very smooth experience. Great support even after closing. Immediate response on queries. Some of Shea's basic amenities are upgrade in other builders.

Quality of the home is good but minimum they need to give house for 1889 sqft for the price. On top, house rates shld be stable. Every 2 weeks 30 to 40k increase I did not like it. Communication is good Workers are good Work site manager is good

Overall satisfied with our new home. Construction quality, design and finishing of home is awesome. Glad we made the right decision to go ahead with Shea.

Shea houses are made to last. Floor plans are excellent and exterior designs are better than other builders. Our house got delayed but the end product is wonderful. Follow up for any future problems is also take care by the builders.

Responsiveness is good. Appliance arriving too late.

Overall experience is very excellent and ecerything is from Point A to Point Z, services after sales also very satisfied.

I liked how easy the process was and fast too.

This was our first home in California and starting from day 1, our experience was extremely positive. From home lottery, then paper work, design studio and till hand over, each activities were professionally orchestrated well. Same experience for mortgage part as well. Lastly when we got our home and enjoying it every day, even the after sale service is of an extremely high standard. I would definitely recommend.

House looks great. And they are responsive

It was great to work with Shea and for a first time buyer, was getting majority of the support. Kyle was great and able to address all my questions n concerns. Happy to recommend Shea to my friends n I have already did that.

Would like to mention June and Octovia from Shea Home has been giving wonderful service. Very pleasant and easy to work with both of the individual. Octovia takes immense steps to meet the quality and customer satisfaction. Deeply disappointed with Solar installation is horrible experience, took several follow-ups to make things working.

Overall good…Octavio responsiveness to issues is the best!
