Overall construction and design is excellent, didn't had any issues with the building quality

We moved in about 2 months ago . The home is up to date with the latest smart products. Couldn’t be happier with that. A big thanks to Octavio the customer service representative and his team. The follow up care is outstanding. He is very responsive to repair request.. Experience with design center was great, sales staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend using Shea Homes.

The buying process was very smooth and shea homes guided through each and every step. The home quality is top notch and I'm really happy with it. Having said that, I'm having an issue with my Garage opener is not connecting to the wifi which sometimes frustrates me. When talked to customer service of lift master garage opener company, they said motherboard in the garage opener is old and compatible with router. I would suggest Shea homes to install latest garage door openers

The entire home buying process was very smooth. The build quality was good, we had some flooring issues but the customer service team was on top of it once we notified about these minor issues. I would highly recommend Shea homes for any aspiring first time home buyers!

Everyone I’ve encountered during the home buying process with Shea has been extremely professional. The ladies in the front office were great to work with and incredibly accommodating and responsive. There were a couple issues we noticed during our initial walk through, but everything was fixed on the final walk through. Overall, my family and I are extremely happy with our new home! Octavio was the person who delivered the house to us. He has always checked on us from the start to make sure our transition was smooth. He took the time to get to know us personally and made sure any issues we found after move-in were resolved in a very quick manner. I even told him that he seemed to take care of our home like it was his! We are very happy with the loan process and all the tips June gave us to make sure we had the best rate when closing out. Great experience, and the home is beautiful!
