Overall experience of home buying was great. We were informed about every step of the home building process. Questions were answered without any hidden details. Lending process through the builder was not as pleasant as we thought. Overall highly recommended shea for build quality and craftsmanship. Happy to be in our new home.

My wife and I settled on Shea homes after vetting all available new builders in Littleton. Their house designs are simple, stylish and very well laid out. Sandwiched between state parks and chatfield lake, the location of solstice neighborhood is one of a kind. Their personnel from sales team and construction managers were all very welcoming and responsive throughout the process. We can say enough good things about our experience with Shea.

We were very pleased with every step of the building process. The contract managers at our location were particularly great, making sure we were happy with the final outcome!

From lot selection to taking possession our experience has been wonderful. We had a couple of hiccups but the accountability and dedication of the staff reinforced the excellence of Shea. Ryan and Brandon inspired confidence and showcased the diligent craft and trades for Shea homes. Jill has been wonderful and very responsive as we have recently completed our 1 month check in. We are very pleased.

The Shea team from start to finish was patient, polite, professional, and helpful. The sales people that we worked with helped answer a lot of questions until we felt comfortable making the decision to move forward. The design team helped us with decisions, they offered alternatives at our request and was our third-party check to make sure we were making cohesive design decisions. All of the folks we worked with were wonderful and our beautiful home was delivered in the time frame promised. Great planned community to support the type of lifestyle we live in Colorado for with all the planned trails and access points to the mountains, as well as Chatfield! There is something for everyone at every age level. My little fur babies love the community! Oh, yes, the house is awesome and has the best layout a chef could want. There is elbow room on all floors.

I looked at new homes of several builders in the area. Overall I found the quality and amenities of the Shea Homes to be superior to similar priced homes of other builders. I found the sales process to be easy and totally enjoyed working with Kelly. I’ve have great service in response to minimal little warranty items. All in all, a great experience.

My wife and I built 2 custom homes previously and we can say with certainty that building a spec home with Shea Homes was a much better experience. Everyone from the salespeople to the building supervisor were very courteous and professional and very helpful and produced a quality product. I would not hesitate to build with Shea Homes again.

Everyone has been great. Alex, Tracy, Barbara have been extremely responsive, informative and took care of any questions or issues. The Trades that cames out for the 1-month warranty work were great. Don't know what else they could do. Very happy with the house so far.

Since it was our first time buying a new home, we had a lot of trepidation and questions. From day one, Libby, Helen, and Kelly greeted us warmly and sincerely. Throughout the whole process, Kelly guided us professionally and answered all our concerns. SHE IS WONDERFUL! Through the actual building of our house, Darren and Tracy were EXCELLENT! They tended to every detail and were top-notch in seeing that our house was built well. We would definitely recommend Shea Homes! Everyone was attentive to our requests and positively responded with good results.

This is my second Shea home. My last home was built by another local builder and the quality was just not there. I chose to return to a Shea home because they pay attention to every detail during the building process, the interior design selections process and all the way to final closing. Everyone employed at Shea Homes are professional, experienced and welcoming. My home buying experience has been terrific!

From the very first interaction at the sales office, to our first builder meeting, to the walk throughs and into our first month with the warranty team it has exceeded expectations. All functions work together vs feeling like we’ve been handed off and all genuinely seem to care about us, our family, our home and the build process.

I am very happy with my home buying experience with Shea homes. The sales team Mac, Dave and Helen were always professional and helpful. I worked with Mac for the entire 2-year process and he was always helpful and patient. Mindy in the design studio was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, she was truly trying to help rather than sell options (Not the experience I had with a previous builder). VaSean(sp) was helpful during the build phase. Corey was helpful during the acceptance phase. He and his team found more items to correct than I did. They were very thorough and I appreciate that. Connor has been very helpful and responsive during the warranty phase. Logan did a great job setting up the Wi-Fi and smart features in the home. Shea is a very organized production builder. We were very pleased throughout the sales and building process. They have excellent follow up through their warranty program as well.
