We have been very pleased with the Trilogy team.

Pre-occupancy walk-throughs are very nice.

House was built pretty well. Only one issue. It takes a minute and a half to get hot water at the kitchen sink because they did not install a circ pump. Seems crazy to waste 1.5 gallons of water in Las Vegas every time we need hot water. Its on us to fix it they did nothing. For $820,000 you would expect a little better.

Sunnova is undergoing bankruptcy procedures and the homeowners are not being kept up to date on what is happening. We are new and have no idea when our solar system will be connected. More transparency is needed.

Sunstone is a very nice community with lots of amenities offered. It’s a great way to meet folks and stay active, as much as or as little that you care to. The homes have very nice floor plans to choose from and the contractors move right along to keep your build on schedule. Their project website is very informative.

Great people to work with. Kirstie, Mike, Laura, Cooper, Sharon and all security guards very helpful and very friendly.

Overall experience was good.After occupancy response to issues needs improvement.

I have not yet moved in so I can’t give a thorough review. I found Katie and Kirstie in Sales to be attentive and helpful. I found Mike and Rome equally attentive to resolving issues on punch list. After project completion, I feel value for price paid was insufficient. Processes to deal with upgrade installation have been problematic.

Nice quality home. Closing was rushed, before they could finish there things. Disappointed in the quality of carpet. Overall good service and beautiful new home.

Responsiveness to issues, excellent staff on issues

Poor quality control. Builder unfortunately cannot refute this because this is in the eyes of the beholder. Compared to other builders I cannot say, but coming from an industry where QC is extremely important Shea does not measure up. That is to say, my neighbor may very well think the workmanship is wonderful. I do not. Issues that I have had to call to attention of builder reps were easily fixed but why did they have to be pointed and then easily fixed? One SHEA person assigned to quality control could do a quality walk through minimizing buyer complaints and the buyers failure to note discrepancies on their walk through. Longer close for cash purchase than necessary

Beautiful community, beautiful homes, friendly people. Construction workers are messy. They leave trash everywhere, and it gets everywhere. Reporting it does not help, nor change anything.

Quality of work could've been a bit better. The interior paint seemed to be very cheap. Need more pickle ball courts and tennis courts as the community continues to grow

Will has been a delight to work with!

Kirstie kept us informed during the building process of the delays we were incurring. We have been in the house two months and expected some snags in the new house. The response to correcting these snags has been mediocre in the sense of timeliness, the initiative on the part of the builder, and the accuracy of the corrective action. For example, a 220 Volt outlet was ordered in one specific part of the house. An additional outlet was actually wired to 220 V unbeknownst to us. We ruined several appliances in the troubleshooting process not to mention a potentially hazardous situation. The staff has been helpful but I can only assume they are overloaded with work to be done/corrected. Thermostat was also somehow miswired causing it to NOT shut off the Air Conditioner. It was apparent that finishing touches were rushed to make the 30 Sept closing deadline (delayed from original 30 April closing) to include no water softener installed yet, poorly finished landscaping of the yard, missing door hardware, and some smaller items. Still awaiting several snags to be fixed, corrected, replaced, or rectified after what has seemed a reasonable amount of time. ... More

Sales staff easy to work with. Sub contractor slow to fix problems

Pay attention to detail do not let them rush you through your walk-throughs because you will never get anything done it is horrible trying to buy a house and expecting it to be right and four months waiting to get it things repaired don’t let the smiles for you
