It was as expected for a new build

Most all good When issues came up and still do it’s on my time and not yours We had other delays complicating our vendor to do what they do because of no one available on site for a couple days to fix their issue and lost a week or two because of rescheduling I have used multiple vacation days waiting and or waiting in big timeline set by your subs Mostly a four hour window given to us And no shows by one sub and had to reschedule again with a timeline window set by the sub We have one issue pending on a part and don’t have any idea when it is supposed to be done nor did they leave any information about who to contact Guess being in construction myself I would have to say it’s not service some of the subs are about you have used More of make the customer wait till they get around to it or note items again to see if it gets fixed Shea has been great to work with and do what they can Other items and home are great ... We've had several issues which the builder has been very slow to respond. Communication channels no longer exist. One month issues still unresolved more than 6 weeks later. No communication on when. HELP please...

Mike, Tino, Will have been fantastic with home repair, etc. Kirstie, Amy and Brenda great with the purchase process.

Many nice people living in the community, lots of events, clubs and something to do for everyone. Shea Homes salespeople are wonderful to work with. Many things in the choices need to be improved upon when designing the home. Better attention to individual homes for completion. Move in inspection should be improved upon also.

Sales team was great up until I dropped of the deposit check, and then communication was sparse. They neglected to tell me what was in the model homes but not in my unit, and no option for any changes or additions before drywall went up. They are slow to fix problems and some of the problems have returned. Other problems were 'within tolerance' and not fixed. The location is excellent, but feels overpriced for what you get (no yard here and very high HOA dues.) It's fine, but probably not the best choice for me - was hoping for more than just 'fine.'

Our trilogy representative Kim did an excellent work from the beginning through the end. She communicated with us until May 14,2023 and we were surprised that on our closing date she no longer is with trilogy. We were not able to properly convey to her how grateful we were. Wish we could have met her in person that day.

Buying a Shea home has been a wonderful experience. Everyone involved has been professional and very helpful.

We visited the area when there were barely any homes and the models had just opened and decided it was the place for us. We did the build "Long Distance" from Washington State and didn't actually see our new home until we did the walkthrough. They did a great job and have been diligent at resolving the small discrepancies that can happen at any new construction. We feel that the whole experience vastly exceeded our expectations!

I have not yet moved in so I can’t give a thorough review. I found Katie and Kirstie in Sales to be attentive and helpful. I found Mike and Rome equally attentive to resolving issues on punch list. After project completion, I feel value for price paid was insufficient. Processes to deal with upgrade installation have been problematic.

Dishonest sales office and supervisor. Lied about available floor plans in order to up sell. Lied about reasons for extensive delays and failed to take responsibility, simply blaming others for mistakes and problems. Disrespected me as a client. Failed to acknowledge my extreme disappointment with the entire home buying experience.

Too early to tell on a lot of this.

Mike is dependable and will do his best to help, although sometimes his hands are tied. Overall experience is more corporate than I would have liked. There are not enough bodies to do the work in a timely manner.

The entire buying experience was easy and everything was explained in detail. The home is beautiful and the smart home features are extremely helpful.

Nice quality home. Closing was rushed, before they could finish there things. Disappointed in the quality of carpet. Overall good service and beautiful new home.

So far this has been a great experience especially knowing we do not live in the area. The team at Sunstone has taken care of our concerns and continue to work on correcting any quality of finish concerns we have had, so far the team at Sunstone Trilogy has been awesome.

Great community, see ourselves being happy here in the long term. While the Quality and Build process wasn’t perfect a lot of that was outside of builders control.

No one told us that our guest would not be able to park in front of our house. A month and a half after we moved in, they painted the curb red and made it a No Parking Zone. No one told us one side of each street is a No Parking Zone. The curb in front of the models should be painted red now, because eventually when the models are sold it will be a No Parking Zone. We had cabinet doors installed in the kitchen that were warped. It took 2 months after we closed for the warped doors to be replaced and adjusted properly.

It’s been 3 month since closing and we are still waiting on some things to get fixed. Painters specifically never show up between the time period they tell you to wait.

Follow up warranty work is poor. No consistency in what is shown in models and what is actually done. EVERYONE here is unhappy with their home and all they do is complain to each other about Shea.

Kirstie kept us informed during the building process of the delays we were incurring. We have been in the house two months and expected some snags in the new house. The response to correcting these snags has been mediocre in the sense of timeliness, the initiative on the part of the builder, and the accuracy of the corrective action. For example, a 220 Volt outlet was ordered in one specific part of the house. An additional outlet was actually wired to 220 V unbeknownst to us. We ruined several appliances in the troubleshooting process not to mention a potentially hazardous situation. The staff has been helpful but I can only assume they are overloaded with work to be done/corrected. Thermostat was also somehow miswired causing it to NOT shut off the Air Conditioner. It was apparent that finishing touches were rushed to make the 30 Sept closing deadline (delayed from original 30 April closing) to include no water softener installed yet, poorly finished landscaping of the yard, missing door hardware, and some smaller items. Still awaiting several snags to be fixed, corrected, replaced, or rectified after what has seemed a reasonable amount of time. ... More

I encourage buyers to document conversations about color schemes and upgrades especially if the home is flipped from the model. Don’t trust that the electrician at the designer will remember that your home is flipped from the model. Also, get clarification about membership dues and the three HOA fees and assessments up front! Knowing what I know now, would I do it again? Probably not.

The sales team is very disorganized and not very responsive. Home prep work before delivery was done at the eleventh hour. Production workmanship is subpar. Warrenty workmandhip is very good but inconvenient because of schedule and waiting for work to be completed; it should have been done correctly before home delivery. Rob Shay is outstanding as a warrenty specialist.
