Our experience with Shea has been very positive, from identifying the community, spending time talking with the design, build, sales and support members who gave us comprehensive information. The homes are high quality with plenty of upgrade options available. The location of our Trilogy location is fantastic: close to shopping, medical and services needed. Plus it’s close to highway arteries that make transit easy.

Poor quality control. Builder unfortunately cannot refute this because this is in the eyes of the beholder. Compared to other builders I cannot say, but coming from an industry where QC is extremely important Shea does not measure up. That is to say, my neighbor may very well think the workmanship is wonderful. I do not. Issues that I have had to call to attention of builder reps were easily fixed but why did they have to be pointed and then easily fixed? One SHEA person assigned to quality control could do a quality walk through minimizing buyer complaints and the buyers failure to note discrepancies on their walk through. I am raving about the whole Shea experience. Theresa is fantastic and responds immediately to issues. I highly suggest buying a Shea home as the customer service over all is awesome. If I didn't have a great job, this would be a company I would consider working with.
