Good quality and good responsiveness

There is a lot of modular design in the frame of the house so the walls are straight and true. The result is better fitting doors and windows and tighter house. Quality of the finishing details was excellent.

Everyone was very courteous and respectful.

Good, well constructed home. Great facilities (fitness center, boating, tennis etc. Lot's of stuff to do.

I fear that my home will not not age well and there will be multiple problems with exterior wood rot Because paint is already pealing! I understand that this is a construction sight but the between the mud and trucks Blocking roads it’s hard to like what I see! And I am Still concerned about the silt that is taking over the dry creek bed behind house!

We can’t say enough about Karina and how much she helped us. That being said, I wish we had any time with the landscape folks. We didn’t. Sure, at the beginning they were there but it would have been nice to have more discussions with them along the way. We bought a 600$ maple tree for the backyard that comes with no guarantees. Lowe’s and Home Depot guarantees their plants for a year. Not happy about that. We are treating that tree better then our first born son. Shea homes has been very good to us and we are thankful for that. We are somewhat concerned about having another pool or club seeing all the new building going on. I don’t think the existing pool and club can accommodate all the new homes. ... More
