Our journey was great! The thing that stood out to me most was the attentiveness to our needs. Everything has been handled so professionally and in a timely manner. The follow ups and eagerness to address issues is head and shoulders above our other experiences with other builders. We would only ever buy a Shea home again if we were to move from our new dream home!

I love Shea Homes! I had the best experience with Shea’s Sale representative, Mike C. and his manager Justin. They were always quick to resolve any issues while we going through the home building process. The Superintendent Mike K were always helpful to fix issues as well. Overall, I really love Shea homes. From the day we walked into the sales office till even after we had closed and moved in....Shea homes has been the absolute best!!! The staff is over the top wonderful David and Josh are awesome!! And now, Tallifer...all are so helpful and prompt with responding to any issues. The quality of the home itself is outstanding!!! Would definitely recommend Shea Homes!!!

Jared Sully our field manager inherited us after a rather slow and lackluster start to the building process, our initial field manager wasn’t great. Too many mistakes and oversights. Jared was appointed to us a few months in by Scott Ray to handle the final build out. Jared was phenomenal! He got things on track and didn’t settle for mediocrity. He truly believes in doing things right and right on time. Hands down, Jared Sully is the reason for our trust in Shea Homes. He is truly an asset to Shea Homes.

My home buying experience with SheaHomes was great. Eric and Marci made sure that I am comfortable at each step. There was no aggressive selling or any kind of rush. Both Eric and Marci are very prompt in their communication. Eric has a wealth of experience working with SheaHomes and Marci is very thorough in all the paperwork. The closing experience was good too and after moving in, their customer service continues with the great experience we have had till now. The build quality is excellent and there are no complaints at all. I recommend buying home with SheaHomes.
