We really enjoyed working with Alex and Josephine from a sales perspective, they were great! Gabriel from a post sales quality control perspective was great too! The craftsmanship was good overall but had some areas where corners were cut.

Almost every Shea person we talked with was a pleasure. The home buying process seemed rushed, and the Design Joy was hard to navigate. I felt like we were updated throughout the building process. After moving in, most items that needed repair were taken care of right away. The microwave does't fit correctly in the cabinet and we're still waiting for that to be fixed. My biggest complaint is the person you sent to the house to walk us through the "smart" features. The person who came out was not a pleasure to deal with at all. He was pushy and insistent that we had to sign up and use all the features of the home. Yes, even the ones we didn't want. So today my Sonos told me that there was someone at my door. The Sonos is in Murphys CA, the door is in Hollister CA. Now, my Sonos won't work in Murphys, because Alexa in Hollister has done just what we were told it wouldn't do, Alexa has taken over. Quite frankly the home buying experience was somewhat overwhelming. The fact that we were working from Cincinnati ,500 miles away, added a degree of difficulty also. There were many different people to work with for their functional needed. Then, there were the many documents that required electronic signatures. All the details with Shea Homes were in addition to the effort required to sell our house in Cincinnati. The onboarding process at Trilogy Lake Norman was also stressful. At times it felt like "trying to take a drink from a fire hose." There are some may topics that require attention. Customer service is supreme, caring, considerate, punctual, with amazing follow up! Sales team was very responsive and helpful!

This Is my 2nd Shea Home and the quality has been excellent. I work in the industry and the customer service is the best I’ve seen. Everyone stays on top of the whole process from the initial sale, through the construction walks, move-in, warranty etc. You can always reach someone and you always get a quick response and any problems are taken care of immediately. That is hard to find these days!

Shea homes builders are not friendly in nature. completely they are thinking as business gain, no customer favor. some are not standard but they are always telling it meet shea standard. Even customer paid for options, not reaching up to standards. No honesty at all. No proper response from shea homes builder and no choice to talk from customer perspective and no response from shea homes builder. Quality wise its not good as per what customer paid. Need to improve a lot in all sectors.

Great experience working with Sales and Construction team. Design center and Electrical appointments was also very pleasant. Shea Mortgage is very cooperative and made the whole closing experience a breeze. I am extremely happy with the entire home buying process through Shea. Modern elevation adds a very attractive look.

The sales team and the lead construction guys were very helpful and accommodating when discussing and showing us the progress of our home build. There is a lot to learn about the new smart house and the team is continually helping us learn the nuances.

It is very expensive buying a home. Upgrades are extremely overpriced, but it’s the cost of doing business.

I have a very serious issue with my flooring and two times. I have been home from 8 to 12 waiting for them with no phone call and no notice that they are not showing. Not pleased at all with this kind of service.

From the initial process of selecting options with Josh, our sales representative, to the construction process with Jeremi, our construction manager, everyone at Shea has been terrific. Our construction manager was particularly great. He kept us informed of what was happening on site, and communicated with us at every step. He was also exceptional at keeping up with even the small details and was very responsive to our needs and wants. It has been over 30 years since I have purchased a new home and I was very impressed with the customer service throughout the process.; from the sales representative, Charmaine, to the Shea finance group. Everyone was so responsive to my inquiries; regardless how silly some of my questions may have been. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Number of small details are missed. Over all a solid house but they are no longer as premium as they used to be. They have cut cost considerably and there finishes are not as they used to be.

The building process, design center and warranty processes have all been great. The house design is perfect and the building products are high quality.

From the beginning with Keith and the middle with Mike and end with Tina was a spectacular experience. We’re here proud of our home and our family and friends love it

We had a wonderful experience with Shea from start to finish. We have a few lingering items that need to be addressed and I am hoping all will be done in a timely manner!

My wife and I settled on Shea homes after vetting all available new builders in Littleton. Their house designs are simple, stylish and very well laid out. Sandwiched between state parks and chatfield lake, the location of solstice neighborhood is one of a kind. Their personnel from sales team and construction managers were all very welcoming and responsive throughout the process. We can say enough good things about our experience with Shea.
