Number of small details are missed. Over all a solid house but they are no longer as premium as they used to be. They have cut cost considerably and there finishes are not as they used to be.

The building process, design center and warranty processes have all been great. The house design is perfect and the building products are high quality.

From the beginning with Keith and the middle with Mike and end with Tina was a spectacular experience. We’re here proud of our home and our family and friends love it

Was a very good experience

We had a wonderful experience with Shea from start to finish. We have a few lingering items that need to be addressed and I am hoping all will be done in a timely manner!

My wife and I settled on Shea homes after vetting all available new builders in Littleton. Their house designs are simple, stylish and very well laid out. Sandwiched between state parks and chatfield lake, the location of solstice neighborhood is one of a kind. Their personnel from sales team and construction managers were all very welcoming and responsive throughout the process. We can say enough good things about our experience with Shea.

Our experience with Shea Homes has been outstanding from start to finish, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home in the Aloravita community! From the very first moment we engaged with Shea Homes, Nancy made the home-buying process feel smooth and effortless. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs, making sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Once the building process began, Joe took the lead and was with us every step of the way. His expertise and attention to detail were invaluable, ensuring that the construction met our expectations and the highest standards of quality. Joe was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns, which made the entire experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. Scott also played a key role in overseeing the build, ensuring everything stayed on track and was completed on schedule. We were particularly impressed with how responsive and proactive he was, making sure that any issues that came up were quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. After we moved in, James took care of the warranty work, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He’s been incredibly thorough, responsive, and professional, ensuring that any minor issues we had were handled promptly and efficiently. It’s clear that Shea Homes stands behind their product and values their customers long after the sale is made. Aloravita is a beautiful community with a welcoming atmosphere, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to build here. The quality of workmanship in our home is exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We feel lucky to be part of such a wonderful neighborhood. Deciding to move is stressful. Shea Homes makes it as enjoyable an experience anyone could ask for. Joining a 55+ community across the country to be closer to family was a daunting thought. I'm here and loving the community and reflecting on the whole process from touring the models to moving in. The sales reps and design studio were the best one could want, the construction superintendent approachable, the warranty process is well executed and the neighborhood friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I chose this community.

We were very pleased with every step of the building process. The contract managers at our location were particularly great, making sure we were happy with the final outcome!

I am so happy with my new home! There have been a few minor things, but I always have someone to reach out to for an assist - Aiden has been especially helpful. My only 'complaint' is with all the edocs, and especially the 441 page contract. It would have been a much better experience to have had these important documents in paper form - or at the very least, the option for paper. As it is now, everytime I need to reference something, I have to go searching through various emails and edocs; this is very frustrating. Otherwise, couldn't be happier!

Shea had a great selection of what we were looking for in a new home. Also, several modern features were standard which was nice. House is beautiful inside and out. With the small issues that have popped up the warranty team has responded quickly to find solutions

A really wonderful experience overall. Pre Inspection and care were truly exceptional. Follow-ups also were 100%. Lastly, a very easy close. We have owned many homes and this one makes us happy!

Our Shea home in the Canyons has not been good. First, the salesperson Abbe who sold us the house told us that if we acted quickly we'd get a $50k credit. She didn't explain that $30k of that would only apply if we used Shea Mortgages. Now she's gone to fleece some other people at a different homebuilder. The craftmanship of the house is less than ideal. Our lights keep flickering, appliances don't work correctly, and many of the materials and craftsmanship that they used were less than standard in what I would assume is an effort to maximize their profit. The service folks we've dealt with have been good, even though it seems like their hands are tied by corporate in many of the issues that we've found. Overall disappointed. ... More

They were very responsive with not on words but their actions for results were amazing.

From the start of the sale process to move in, the Shea employees made this new home buying experience the best we have ever had.

Longer close for cash purchase than necessary

The Trilogy Sunstone community is exceptional. Melba my salesperson, Denise in Design, Katie in sales, and Theresa in Warranty are all above and beyond. The reason for the poor review is that on the construction end of it, I am totally disappointed. Poor workmanship, horrible attitutude by the trades, sloppy workmanship with little or no care for a solid product. Lots of issues with the build. I would still recommend buying and living here, just expect a lot of frustration on the build end.

From start to closing and even beyond the experience with Shea has been excellent. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the workmanship.

The entire home buying journey was unforgettable. From the very begining when I was in the interest list to the final when I got keys, every moment were excited. Sales person an home warrenty staff are very professional, friendly and kindness.

Every single person I interacted with in this purchase has been fabulous - intelligent, helpful and always available for whatever I requested. I have been extremely impressed with the entire purchasing process - some of your employees have become friends. You have an exceptional team.

We were so impressed by the Shea home buying experience. Marci our sales rep was beyond attentive and helpful. When our project hit a delay she’s took care of all of our concerns and even gave us some incentives to cover the cost of the added temporary housing. What a great, honest, high quality company. We are in our dream home now and so happy for how it worked out.

The entire experience was a well-oiled machine. From sales to the designer to the builder to the home delivery. All aspects were on time, professional, and accountable. I've been through this process with 3 other builders in two other states and this process was the smoothest of all. Great experience!

we’ve had a great experience with Shea and their team. We love our house and they’ve been extra responsive if we’ve had a problem. We bought an inventory home that just fell through, so it was a very fast process. Very happy so far.
