Great builder with great upgrades already included

Buying a new home is always a very involved process and The Shea staff has been very communicative and serving and have followed through thoroughly and professionally on any challenge that presented itself... with a great attitude. We felt very “taken care of” throughout the process.

From the moment I inquired about buying a Shea Home, the experience was amazing. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. They we're knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like what Shea offered over some of the other builders. Some of their options that other builders charge for were standard features for Shea. I really enjoyed working with the community rep, some of the design center reps, and the project manager. The excitement of having a new home built is so much fun and not having any issues made it that much more enjoyable. Any issues or concerns that were brought to their attention it was handled immediately and also confirmed that to me as the buyer. So far, so good...Glenn is great to work with regarding repairs as he is very responsive and communicates well. We have only been in two months but very pleased so far.

We feel lucky we were able to get a spec home given the housing market in Arizona. Watching the house going up was alot of fun, and Jason our superintendent was absolutely great. Christa was always helpful and prompt in returning our calls and helping with anything needed. Only a couple things that are minor would i change about the house. We love our new Shea home.

The best part of the experience was working with Sandy in the sales office. She made everything seamless.

Love my new home it is exactly what I wanted and the sales team and the rest of the team is so helpful even after I settle down they still want to make sure if everything is workings out good for me.

I satisfied most of all in my house. But just one I want a water supply plant on the other side of my house.
