We had a great experience with all Shea Homes employees. They were quick with communication, respectful, and always willing to answer our questions. We love our new home and are very happy with the quality of it!

From day one the experience with Dave and Missy was amazing. We were kept in the loop with step by step house progress the entire time . They held their end of the bargain with how long the build would take. There was no surprises. The price was well known and no hidden fees along the way. The house is so well built with 2x6s. Virtual design studio was thorough and professional. The walkthrough was so easy and meticulous. No stones left unturned and we were told “we want it to be perfect for you” Willy was amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly. Our experience was second to none and really gave me an amazing impression of Shea homes. I can’t help but share it will friends and only wish more properties exist with Shea homes around the front range for our friends to have the opportunity too. When we tell anyone who our builder was, they say oh that’s awesome, they are good. It’s so true! We are truly lucky. Thanks for treating us like family. We have experience with Shea and know they are a quality builder, that is why we came here. We're had some minor issues, that are being taken care of. Like the window sills paint comes off easily when the shades are left down, then you pull them up, and all the paint comes off, laving you with bare wood showing. That shows the wood isn't absorbing the paint, so it wasn't primed or something else. Also, the lack of privacy for the homes being so tightly packed, we knew about but once you live it, its quite annoying, even though we have nice neighbors. I can actually here their knives and forks on their plates when they eat dinner, and their conversation while they sit at their table. That is a factor of it being so quite out here. I lived in high rise condo's with balconies near each other and noise kept it more private. But the builder experience, and support staff has been excellent. Shea builds a great home with attention to detail throughout and friendly, helpful employees helping every step of the way. The punch list post-sale was small and quickly attended to. We could not be happier.

Remarkable construction quality. My condo has appreciative privacy and the space has been very well designed providing plenty of storage. The ventilation is awesome with lots of sunlight and efficient dual panel windows.

Our sales people Kris and Mike were so inviting and knowledgeable about the product while our super’s Jason and Joe were incredibly responsive and willing to accommodate our concerns. House is a 10/10 and somewhere we can see ourselves for the rest of our lives. So happy.

Despite the significant schedule delay, I'm fairly happy with the end result. Shea even offered compensation for the delay.

Everyone we touched from Shea are so helpful and trustworthy. All minor issues could be fixed asap.

Shea Homes built a beautiful home and we are very happy with overall appearance and design. There were minor things that needed to be fixed upon closing but they have or are in the process of being addressed. Everyone has been very friendly throughout the whole process.

What we liked the most is the aera, super quiet and all very quiet, the mountains, the view is relaxing, perfect for us who like tranquility, neighbors very friendly and quiet, the green area to walk super, the Lake that is very relaxing, they have club house with pool and recreation area for families reunite, and the beautiful house, the style will open and spacious many windows that enters perfect light everything, a lot rooms they are perfect for The only thing was the price a little high, but the area is worth it and it is possible because everything has risen but if we also pay more for the updates that we added.
