I had a great experience, the sales and support staff are all top notch

Everyone in the process from sales to construction to the post-construction warranty checkup has been nothing short of excellent. As a business owner I know that’s quite a feat for any company. Wow! I highly recommend Shea to everyone.

The quality and workmanship is outstanding. my only complaint is the cabinets. The kitchen cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall., not what we'er used to. the bathroom cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall and the bath cabinet drawers aren't deep enough vertically. I could stand my Gillette foamy can upright in the drawer at her former house I can't here I have to lay it down. I tried to install a metal rack in the cabinet to solve that problem but the rack wouldn't fit. It was too long by about an inch and a half so I'll be returning the rack to the store. We really liked that Shea had the different stage reviews, in the building process. Especially showing us the walls before closing with sheet rock. This helped in making decision's of where to place things on the walls. It would have been nice, if during the building process, we could have added solar and or if that had been an option. Especially here in Arizona. Otherwise, everything was great. And the superintendent Alexis was GREAT to work with.

I was a first time homebuyer and the experience was extremely smooth and stress free. Really loved the home and felt it was exactly what I was looking for. Good communication and handholding since I had a lot of very basic questions and they were able to handle it with great professionalism and gave plenty of time. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

The closing process was difficult due to items not in place that Shea should have known about and senior executives did not respond to emails. The options selections process was also complicated as the team really didn't know about some options and that knowledge would have changed some of the items I selected (the Design Joy catalog was not accurate). That said, now that I'm in, I love the house. Quality is quite good and the construction foreman (Andrew) was great. The delivery team (headed by Vicki) is awesome and she is the most responsive person I have met.

We have an incredible home. When building a home you're always going to run into small issues. The sales team committed to a few things that didn't end up happening. And the initial site plan was WAY off and without pouring $50k into our backyard it is completely useless. Our house should have been a garden level or walk out. Instead we got a huge retaining wall and two very dangerous "to code" drop offs from our back patio. Also, the survey listed this community as Parker... Our address is Lone Tree and the developer messed our address up on multiple occasions which creates a laundry list of issues. First off, my mother passed away in January and yet this is still addressed in her name. Shea needs to check their records before they start sending out communications asking for opinions. The process to buy the home was unclear in regards to how interior design choices cost extra. During the process I felt that this was hidden and is unethical. Working with the sales team was stressful and information wasn't shared transparently as one would expect. There was definitely a delay in closing on the home due to Shea wanting to hit a number this calendar year because the house was ready by October/November which caused significant issues on our end for planning. Nellie made sure that we knew all of our options and helped us choose the home model of our dreams and that which we could afford. Since we moved from the northeast, we were limited in our ability to fly down and track the progress. Nellie made herself available for us, by phone, text and in-person. Carolyn Ann gave us regular updates on the build and inspection processes. She, too, was responsive to our calls and texts, and she made herself available when we were able to fly down to see the house in different stages. We felt supported for sure, also by Larry, with regard to the mortgage process. He, too, was responsive to our calls and requests, even on weekends. ... More

The homebuying process was smooth with good customer service. The house is well-built and made from quality materials, but some design flaws leave a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. For example, a few awkward door swings, a poorly placed light switch, and a strange kitchen layout make you wonder if the home design was tested for functionality. Some of these issues were addressed and modifications were accepted, but some other issues were simply ignored.

Everything is great. Except the HOA.

Tammy made the whole experience of finding the right home for me super easy and fun. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and helpful.

It is taking a long time to do the final paving of the roads. The flooring scratches very easily and the paint used inside is very cheap but for the most part the home is nice.

We recently purchased in Trilogy Verde River. I honestly couldn’t think of a single thing they could have done more efficiently.

Being from out of town we relied on Orlando immensely. He was amazing! Kept us Informed by sending photos and update via text and emails. Questions we had were answered most times, within minutes if not, within an hour. The entire team from start to finish including an issue with the A/C were there to help at every turn!

Quality of work could've been a bit better. The interior paint seemed to be very cheap. Need more pickle ball courts and tennis courts as the community continues to grow

Everyone whom we worked with in the purchase of our home have been fantastic. Employees seem to really care and do their best to make sure you get the service requested or required.

This was our 3rd time buying a new home (previously bought from Pulse and City Ventures) and I would say probably the best experience so far. The entire Shea team is organized and they do an outstanding job of communicating with each other and with us. This is a nice house and nice neighborhood - the whole development is just well done. We really appreciated how Shea gave us a move-in date - and they stuck to it. Moving is never fun but Shea made it a great experience. Highly recommend.

My Trilogy experience has been fantastic from touring the facility to closing. Everyone has been absolutely incredible: the attention to detail, responsiveness, quality and value. I can’t say enough at how pleased I am. Everything I planned for in my home was perfect. the communication throughout the entire process was awesome, especially given I lived 5 hours away. Trilogy accommodated me for on-site appointments and answered any questions throughout the process. The facilities and complex are beautiful, so many things to do and wonderful neighbors throughout. the attention to detail is impeccable from my home throughout the community, and in both clubhouses. it’s the only Community I looked at, and I am absolutely loving it! ... Great experience all around! Home is beautiful and Design center was very flexible with cabinet layout. Lots of beautiful options! Realtor and builder sent weekly pics of progress and after move in, fast to fix anything that isn’t perfect.

Throughout the buying and building experience I was kept informed of progress and given realistic deadlines. Most of my issues have been with the appliances. In general the fit and finish are very good.

The inside of the home is very nice, and I'm happy with it; however, and it's a BIG ONE. When I walk to my back yard, my neighbors and I can see 100% of everyone's yard. There is zero privacy. They could have raised the fence or at least told me because had I known, I would not have purchased this condo.

We had a great experience working with Josh on the home purchasing side of things. He was very helpful and worked with us on our relocation. The experience with him was great. When the house was turned over, Josh was very helpful with going thrugh the property and was helpful with the small things right when we moved it. Where things feel short was the details. With a house at the pricepoint we purchased at, there were just too many small things missed that we had and are having to get addressed. I feel its the details. I also felt we go the same quality if not lower in some of the items compaired to lower price point new contruction homes we have had in the past. I expected to have some upgrades and they just were not there. Issues being addressed right when we moved in were done promptly. Our one month issues have not been addressed promptly and the workers did not show up when they were supposed to, to address the issue and it took longer than expected ... More
