If I will buy another new home I will not think in other company these is the better one

I've lived at Trilogy for about 2 months and the experience has been awesome --- Shea Homes does incredibly high-quality work and I've been extremely impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail!

The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

I looked at several Triolgy Valor homes and fell in love with the Sojourn model with the large RV garage. I chose Trilogy for the 55 and over community and activities it offered for a healthier life style. And so far I have not been disappointed! The buying process was fairly easy as lots of brochures and personnel were available to ask questions.

My house was selected prior to a model being built..I picked out brick for the outside with the sales office..after the house was built I was told my model couldn’t have brick on the outside..if I had been informed I would have chosen a different house…thus, my house has no curb appeal even after I paid an extra 20,000 for the lot that now has a very large apartment complex behind it.. I was told there would be trees and landscaping…as of now just weeds

It was awesome working with Kim a d Blake building our dream home. They’re the most helpful people that we have ever worked with, always responsive to our questions and concerns.

Shea home has really good quality control in detail. My construction manager take care every detail and make my dream house. I'm really happy with my choice with Shea home.

We are very happy with our new home. The quality of material and products used is very good. The few, very minor, issues we've come across have been quickly addressed and rectified. Our construction field manager, Brad, has been nothing short of fantastic. Right from the start, he has been accessible and responsive to all of our concerns, which was greatly appreciated since we were coming from out of state. Overall, I'd say it's been really good home-buying experience.

We built two other homes in the past and this was a superior experience. Shea communicated often. They answered all our questions. The people have all been responsive and helpful.

Very friendly, professional & knowledgable. The Wickenburg Ranch team exceeded my expectations each step of the way. I received a warm friendly welcome from the moment I was greeted at the gate, viewed the new model homes, & toured the impressive golf community via golf cart. The Ranch community is active, fun & social though set in an expansive area for each home to be enjoyed as a private oasis. The sales team was never pushy and continually placed my best interest as their objective. They truly receive my gold star rating for knowledge, communication & friendly attitude. The new home purchase incentives are an exceptional compliment to the high standard & quality of each home construction & design. The Wickenburg Ranch team created a very special atmosphere for my "key day" with housewarming gifts & banner, team members on site to congratulate me while received ownership of my new home The excellent new home owner experience continues after receiving my keys, as the White Glove service & Warranty team & HOA staff are thorough and always available to for appointments & questions. Shea used to be a premier builder. Not so much anymore. Some finish work is done sloppily. Shower drain slope is not done properly and main electrical box inside cover has major gaps . Wiring is so packed the cover is bulging down at bottom.

We just got through our one month review. We had some minor concerns which we explained to our warranty specialist. He followed up a couple of days later with appointments to have the appropriate service techs come out to the home. The techs fixed our issues. The warranty team at Shea is top notch. Thank you both for your support, Allen and Richard.

despite a few cosmetic issues that have or will be resolved, this has been the best home purchase I have made. I love my Shea Home.

Great planned community to support the type of lifestyle we live in Colorado for with all the planned trails and access points to the mountains, as well as Chatfield! There is something for everyone at every age level. My little fur babies love the community! Oh, yes, the house is awesome and has the best layout a chef could want. There is elbow room on all floors.

I was constantly getting requests for information, over and over. Should ask for it all at once. The design studio is totally inadequate. Much too small, and the person in charge of it needs to be more available. There are also way too many selections that should be standard, and items should not be grouped together.

Quality and trust is very important to us we received both.

Communication with the builder was excellent. Responsiveness was very good. Quality of construction is very good compared to other national builders, there were several workmanship issues related to rippled facia on the outside of the house that become a nuisance eyesore as well as gaps in the roof of the covered porch. The biggest issue to date, 3 months post closing are multiple power failures. I cannot recommend this particular Shea site if the local power infrastructure cannot handle the growth in the area. This must get resolved with the power company as it will force more expense for generators to protect the customers home. ... More

Once you sign the contract for your new home the fleecing begins. Everything you saw in the model home now becomes “extra”. What you signed for is a very cheaply made bare bones shell that you now have to pay for upgrades to. Our upgrades that really are not good quality nor what we would actually pick ourselves came to around $180,000 additional. On top of that you were stuck with combos that they made you purchase together. For example, cabinets came with predetermined countertop and tile. Want.a nice cabinet? Get a cheap countertop. Want a nice countertop? Get a cheap cabinet. Since we had already signed the contract we opted for nothing and are gutting the house and getting what we want for half the cost. To date our overall experience has been very good . We love our home and the trilogy community ! The sales and customer service teams have been very responsive . The community and amenities are fantastic . We have some quality issues with our concrete that have left us disappointed and hold us back from fully recommending Shea .

Not pleased with the quality of the finishes and appliances at this price point

We are very pleased with the house we bought and are overall satisfied with the quality of the construction and the responsiveness of the aftermarket team. Our inspector did not find any major issues, and Peyton was quick to fix them before closing. After we moved in, some minor things have come up and Carlos has helped us fix them promptly. Our buying process was not what we had expected, mainly due to the treatment we received from the sales agent Theary. All through, we felt as if we were asking her for a favor and received a push back on every single request. Repeat buyers, love our new home!

We had been looking for a builder that fit our lifestyle and Shea hit all the marks. From time of our first meeting to the closing the Shea team was available for all our questions and kept us informed of the process of the building of our home. We are very pleased with the home we purchased from Shea and would recommend them to others who are looking to build a home.

Our home buying experience with Shea was outstanding from start to finish! We were interested in their spec homes and Frank reviewed the various models with us numerous times. He was an unending treasure trove of information. All of the office staff and ambassadors were really great to work with. When we decided on a spec home our experience got even better. We were introduced to Seth, our construction manager who also answered our trillion questions with unending patience. The entire team kept us in the loop as they finished building our home. We were definitely WOWED when we saw the finished product. There were very few issues during our initial walk-through and again during our 1 month review, but all were handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction.
