I looked at new homes of several builders in the area. Overall I found the quality and amenities of the Shea Homes to be superior to similar priced homes of other builders. I found the sales process to be easy and totally enjoyed working with Kelly. I’ve have great service in response to minimal little warranty items. All in all, a great experience.

We love Shea Homes. From the sales to the warranty work. All is excellent. The only difficult experience was the person at the title company. We paid with cash and his timeline was to tight. Getting funds from an investment company takes time. I was begging him several times. For the escrow account info and a timeline. It was like pulling teeth. I get it. He has the market for Shea. He will do what he wants. The business is flowing into computer. He doesn't need to communicate to us. And his assistant never did. Which is very unusual...

My wife and I built 2 custom homes previously and we can say with certainty that building a spec home with Shea Homes was a much better experience. Everyone from the salespeople to the building supervisor were very courteous and professional and very helpful and produced a quality product. I would not hesitate to build with Shea Homes again.

This is the second home my husband and I have purchased and the experience was amazing. Matt was super friendly and so helpful. Any questions we had, he answered. And if he didn't have the answer, he called around until he got us an answer. Shea really takes buying a home to another, more enjoyable, less stressful level. My cousin was with us as we purchased our home and seeing how we were treated and how happy we are, she went with Shea and just moved into her own home. JUST A FEW HOUSES FROM US! Shea team are very gentle and nice throughout the whole process. Love shea builder homes are beautiful inside and out and very detailed. The process is very smooth with them from the beginning to close.

I love the design and the selling service and the warranty service. This is the best house in CA. But please talk to HOA management company and do not control too much.

From the moment we visited the project to the day we received the keys the Shea Team invited us in to our home building process. With so many steps along the way Shea followed their process to prepare for and finish steps along the way. As a buyer we have to trust and as a buyer we have to follow through on buyer’s responsibilities. When everyone is working together success is the outcome. Overall communication is vital and Shea does that very well. Comparing Shea projects with other projects it is almost not fair. Many builders try to keep buyers away from the process which results in many disappointments. We appreciate the time, energy & thoughtfulness Shea Staff invested along the way to creating our home. Everyone has been great. Alex, Tracy, Barbara have been extremely responsive, informative and took care of any questions or issues. The Trades that cames out for the 1-month warranty work were great. Don't know what else they could do. Very happy with the house so far.

Service team is great and very impressive . Great purchase experience.

The build quality and workmanship is stellar. We are very happy with the new home. More than the house, the staff was humble, honest and very helpful. They guided me and answered every question I had without a slight hesitation. Special mention to Carmen from Ascent at Jorde Farms for the assistance and support she provided. She is the only reason we decided to go with the purchase despite our stretch in budget.

They take care of buyers even after bought. Our personal experience was good. They answered questions before and after the house was bought. As it is manual work, we give. A benefit of doubt for small issues. They resolved our issues very quickly.

Our experience with shea has been outstanding! Rachelle was always super responsive and helpful. Since we were relocating from MN she kept us in the loop and shared photos of the progress. Randy the construction manager was also great, he kept us update on the progress and anticipated completion date. I would highly recommend building with Shea specifically at Sunterra!

Since it was our first time buying a new home, we had a lot of trepidation and questions. From day one, Libby, Helen, and Kelly greeted us warmly and sincerely. Throughout the whole process, Kelly guided us professionally and answered all our concerns. SHE IS WONDERFUL! Through the actual building of our house, Darren and Tracy were EXCELLENT! They tended to every detail and were top-notch in seeing that our house was built well. We would definitely recommend Shea Homes! Everyone was attentive to our requests and positively responded with good results.
