We recently purchased a lighthouse from Shea Homes. We like the quality and the purchasing was very smooth.

Shea homes building experience is top notch at Avalon Crossing. Their sales team to project site manager and warranty manager have been wonderful to work with. Their communication is top notch.

Buying your first home is supposed to be stressful and it was a little, but all the people at Shea Homes made the process as easy as possible and quite enjoyable.

Despite a nearly 4 year long process to move up on the "list" with a less-than-transparent home buying experience, I was finally fortunate enough to be "picked" to purchase a home. I purchased in 9/2024 and closed in 7/2025, which is the exact amount of time that Shea projected. Once in, the home is beautiful and exceeds my expectations which is quite hard to do! It looks alot bigger inside with the walls up rather than framed. There were several issues that I found (despite 4 or 5 sign-offs by Shea and the City) like the ducts not working with the thermostat and an overhead light being placed in the wrong place that Shea eventually fixed. There were also lots of paint touchups needed, a few plumbing/sink/shower issues, refrigerator issues, scratched floor boards that needed to be replaced, and other items that required Shea to fix. While they were all eventually fixed, it was a very painful process to work with the warranty employee and way too stressful. Now that the fixes are almost all complete, I can finally exhale and enjoy the house without workmen. The actual neighborhood is incredible - everyone is so happy to have gotten the opportunity to purchase a home that they are so friendly and happy to be here. Putting my prior 4.5 year journey aside, I am so happy to have purchased a Shea Home and it's gorgeous. I am 100% happy that I didn't settle for another house in the area and waited for this home. Everything about the house was built as expected, just like what we saw in the design house. Even though there were minor flaws, Shea’s warranty service was excellent

Trilogy at Bickford ranch has a great location on top of a hill. You get the feeling you are out in the country surrounded by open areas. We have all the amenities within a few miles. Come and look for yourself. The people are great.

Meeting Linda and Destiny in the Shea center was a great and helpful start for the entire experience. They were patient, informative, and always available. We loved the design of the homes, the extra care given to building materials, and the quality of the home compared with the many other builders that we toured. People always talk about their "dream home" - and we feel like we finally found ours.

Shea Homes sales representatives are exceptional. They are professional and efficient. My emails and text messages are always responded within minutes. Their customer service team is super helpful as well. It ensured a smooth and pleasant purchase and move-in process. The quality and technology included in my new home are advanced. Shea Homes also provided complimentary white glove services to setup each systems. I believe this new property has great potential in value.

We recently built a Stonehaven in the Canyons. James was our Field Supervisor and Jill is our warranty specialist. James has great attention to detail and even one of the Douglas County housing inspectors told me : "this team at the Canyons builds some of the best homes I've ever seen". The fellow from CDI (a free Shea service) got all our locks, garage doors, HVAC, and light dimmers talking to one another, loaded them on our phones, and connected to Alexa. At our one month warranty check in , Jill got the 3 minor issues we had resolved quickly. We love our house, our neighbors are great and Shea is so well organized and professional. ... More

Troy, Kristine and Laura have done a great job in quickly responding to and addressing issues that arose once we moved in. Tremendous, timely response and resolution of those issues.

We built our forever retirement house starting last fall and moved in two months ago. Every representative of Shea has been very professional and responsive. Our third party home inspector said this was a very well built home. We have had no issues beyond a few minor cosmetic things and those were quickly resolved. We highly recommend Shea and Encanterra.

My experience with Kim as the Sales Consultant and Joel, Jorge in Construction was excellent. Brandon in Customer Care was superb. I cannot say enough positive things about Shea. Their commitment to homeowners is second to none!

When my wife asked a question, the salesperson, said, “You weren’t listening.” After this initial experience, that sales agent was friendly, helpful, and professional. Frankie, our construction manager was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept in consistent contact with us. Theresa, our warranty representative, has been professional and timely service so far.
