Shea had a great selection of what we were looking for in a new home. Also, several modern features were standard which was nice. House is beautiful inside and out. With the small issues that have popped up the warranty team has responded quickly to find solutions

Great Builder thanks for a Beautiful Home

The sales team (Lorena, Spencer, Josephine) communicated very well and in a positive manner. They were always responsive. Our interior designer, Lorri, was excellent and great to work with. Angel, the superintendent, was awesome and very knowledgeable of new residential construction. Superior workmanship, materials and quality building. Overall, we are thrilled with our brand new beautiful Shea Home! It's truly a dream come true!

This is the second home we build and the Shea experience was much better than the previous one. Quality and customer service were exceptional.

Overall, it's been a terrific experience contracting with Shea for our new home in North Scottsdale. New to AZ from the East Coast, the Shea team made the process relatively simple, efficient and comprehensive, with great communication and caring teams. The Sales team of Lynda and Paula made our transition easy to understand and complete. The construction supervisors, Todd and Kory, are absolutely terrific. Their communication and attention to detail made it unnecessary to visit the house during construction, using Teams and FaceTime to view progress and make decisions. The final hand-over of the house and subsequent follow up has been well-handled and efficient. Shea did very well ! My only suggestion to Shea is to include more "upgrades" as standard or provide an allowance for items that most everyone will want and ultimately order. However, the vendors and design team of Shea was incredible to work with and made the selection process smooth and efficient. All choices were included in our home as ordered. Our experience with Shae Homes has been very positive from the moment we walked into the sales office the first time. The sales executive has been an absolute pleasure to work with along with the construction manager. They both were always available to answer our questions and addressed all our concerns satisfactorily. They were always very honest with us when it came to the building process and schedule. During the warrenty period the are also very responsive and has been addressing any warranty issues, which are very few, promptly. The warrenty manager has also been very attentive and communicates well. Love at 1st site. The Shea home that I recently purchased had all of the features that I wanted from the hardwood floors to the patio area. My sales person Jane was easy to work with and had answers to all of my questions. Jeremy the building supervisor knowledgeable and easy to work with. Buying this house has been a totally positive experience.

The whole process with Shea Homes has been great! Moving in went very smooth and the whole team has been awesome. The couple of items that didn’t get completed prior to move in have been difficult to get scheduled and had a minor miscommunication but outside of that Shea builds an amazing product. Amy and team definitely created an experience like no one else and we highly recommend purchasing a new home with Shea!

Overall, very happy with the home buying experience with Shea. Josephine was amazing, extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The rest of the team, from the construction to the design team were very knowledgeable and helpful. Gavin has also been very responsive and timely with all of the warranty follow ups.

This was truly a fun experience getting to know the builders and designers of Shea Homes. Everyone was so friendly and quick to respond to a concern.

Shea Homes is a fantastic builder and creates high quality homes. The contracted workers who assist with the builds are not always the most mindful of their work, but Shea’s team is quick to make sure mistakes are addressed and fixed immediately. I do recommend hiring your own inspector (with any new build) to help find any errors.

I'm a Real Estate agent so I'm very familiar with different builder, there were a few bumps on the road with starting of the construction besides that very responsive, I'm very express by customer services after closing. I highly recommend Shea

Exceptionally appealing project, homes, and designs. Good value for money. Sales experience extremely professional and transparent. Too many punch list items at close of escrow and I should have insisted they fixed more things before close as finishing things up as been ragged and slow.

The Sales team is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. We were remote buyers from another part of the state and able to conduct most business by phone and video calls. All our questions were handled within a day and they even provided photos of our home during the building process. The overall design is beautiful and the Design Center support for selecting options was easy and well coordinated to our style. The build quality is very good and has great functional features. I recommend Shea Homes to friends and family.
