From start to finish the team at Shea Homes has been a delight to work with. They have made us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. We love our Shea Home more than we dreamed we would. The quality of the build is better than any home we've ever owned. Thank you Shea for a an experience that met and surpased our expectations.

Shea Homes did a great job with the sales process, most but not all of their employees were great and accommodating. This being a starter home I was not expecting everything to be amazing but it was not bad. There are definitely some areas where they could have done better such as having gutters over the rear patio door to keep rain from splashing into the home if your door was open. Better quality control for, paint,(there are paint drops on the floor, towel bars, island etc), cabinet install (drawers do not slide well, and the blemishes and wrong install inside the boxes were just covered with stickers), the sound transmission across floors and bedrooms is disappointing (can hear someone showering upstairs and water draining in the kitchen from downstairs). Lastly the community planning for the driveways and alleyways is not the best, it is difficult to park into your own garage if you have a car parked on the driveway and your neighbor has one on theirs (no backing space or wide enough turn radius) Other than these items the house layout is great and the features provided are an upgrade ... The post sale representative doesn't do his best job to inspect and verify if the issues have resolved. The manner is subpar and I don't feel respected as a shea home owner.

That there is no mail delivery and you will have to drive to the post office to pick up your mail. No answers when we'll have delivery.

it is a good house at this price in this time. quality materials and constructions. i will recommend my friends and family if they are looking for a house.

This is the second home my husband and I have purchased and the experience was amazing. Matt was super friendly and so helpful. Any questions we had, he answered. And if he didn't have the answer, he called around until he got us an answer. Shea really takes buying a home to another, more enjoyable, less stressful level. My cousin was with us as we purchased our home and seeing how we were treated and how happy we are, she went with Shea and just moved into her own home. JUST A FEW HOUSES FROM US! Shea Homes delivers a quality product in the proposed timeline of completion. The entire crew was courteous and attentive to include me in the entire process.

I love my house but was disappointed at the rush for me to sign papers when I was away in Turkey. I notified Shea that I would be in Turkey and would sign when I return if everything was ready at that time. I was assured that was ok. I find out after I had to sign, while in Turkey at 2:30am, a few nights in a row, that upon my return my house price went down $100,000 and an incentive greater than I was given was now offered. Not pleased with that transpiring.

Shea team are very gentle and nice throughout the whole process. Love shea builder homes are beautiful inside and out and very detailed. The process is very smooth with them from the beginning to close.

Beware of what you're told is included in the Elite packages and what items are NOT included in them.

I love the design and the selling service and the warranty service. This is the best house in CA. But please talk to HOA management company and do not control too much.

I have bought more than one Shea homes due to there quality and customer service and decided to buy this one too from Shea homes. Man what a big mistake, the sale person specially Cathy was just a pain. She made us feel so low from day one and more of a pain during closing. I couldn't understand why she makes stories and screams on you to get her point. I am never ever going to buy anymore homes from Shea just for that reason.

We are genuinly excited about the quality and high level tech in our new home. Everything turned out great. We would like to see a little better response time on some of the items we need taken care of still. Overall happy with Shea

it took 2 months to get basic things like the front doorbell working. sales said could park in driveway. This does not work and HOA fines us.

The house is great and they built it pretty quickly. But as with any multiunit that supposed by the deadline to please buyers the workmanship suffers and the result shows it. The warranty is great but certain things can’t be fixed since you already live in the house and it is hard to get people to come out to fix things.

From the moment we visited the project to the day we received the keys the Shea Team invited us in to our home building process. With so many steps along the way Shea followed their process to prepare for and finish steps along the way. As a buyer we have to trust and as a buyer we have to follow through on buyer’s responsibilities. When everyone is working together success is the outcome. Overall communication is vital and Shea does that very well. Comparing Shea projects with other projects it is almost not fair. Many builders try to keep buyers away from the process which results in many disappointments. We appreciate the time, energy & thoughtfulness Shea Staff invested along the way to creating our home. Pros: quality of work is good. Shea builds good solid homes. I think this is developing into a really good community. They have been responsive to issues, and they are fixing. The warranty specialist is super friendly, does a good job making his rounds and getting things fixed. Value for price is good for this area and only getting more expensive. Has a community pool and developing pocket parks. The folks in the model home offices are very nice friendly and helpful, even after you move in, they are there to assist if you have any questions. Has an HOA Cons: Water heater is electric which is fine, but it is really noisy as the built in fan has to run for an hour or more every time you take a shower or use hot water. And the water heater is situated near the bedrooms or next to an office which will run at night or morning and makes it difficult to work or you have to have your bedroom door closed in order to relax in your room or sleep. Note that you cannot have a full salt soft water system installed which is tricky to keep your appliances and faucets clear from hard water deposits. You have to maintain and or eventually replace faucets which is really unfortunate. Would be nice if they could add sport courts such as pickle ball/tennis courts etc. as there are not many things to do in the area that are walking distance. Has an HOA I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the water Heater and not being able to set up a full salt soft water system. ... More

The punchlist walk thru and final acceptance of home was exceptional. Items noted in our punchlist walk were all thoroughly addressed.

The whole process of buying our townhouse went smoothly. Patti and Philippe were amazing.
