Had good experience with sales staff. Construction is really good quality. Stuck to timelines and kept me informed. Everyone was available for questions and answered them timely.

Shea started off with a good online tool to monitor progress of building process, but found it was not keeping pace with build out.

We are very pleased with the house we bought and are overall satisfied with the quality of the construction and the responsiveness of the aftermarket team. Our inspector did not find any major issues, and Peyton was quick to fix them before closing. After we moved in, some minor things have come up and Carlos has helped us fix them promptly. Our buying process was not what we had expected, mainly due to the treatment we received from the sales agent Theary. The construction supervisor was very responsive to all issues during the building process.

Overall experience from home purchasing to move was great.

We had our house built during Covid and while were living in Illinois. We felt the communication with Mike, who was general superintendent for the project, was great. He kept us informed, answered the phone and our questions and always had a terrific attitude. When we got into finishes and punch list items, Conner was fantastic to work with. He was there almost immediately with the normal day to day issues that we asked to deal with and like Mike, always had a great attitude and a smile. This home is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Overall was good experience. Sales team was responsive and helpful. Wish they had more options on some things like insulation between floors to reduce noise, option for high end appliances like Wolf, laminate on stairs to garage, frosted windows, and more. Had few minor issues when moving in, but most were addressed quickly. One thing was a pain and that was an issue with the front door lock. Shea said I had to work with vendor to get a replacement lock which was time consuming. I would have expected them to resolve it with the vendor.

We loved working with Karen. We were hoping to finish the process with her. Derek filled in for her whenever Karen wasn’t available. This isn’t my first purchase, abd I have dealt with other builders and staff. Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience with Derek. Especially after closing, he was very cold, and wasn’t willing to help.

We were out of state when we bought our house so we had some apprehension about the whole process. But Jane was there to help guide us through it. She worked closely with our realtor throughout the process. As the build phase wound down, we started working more with Mike the build manager. He was very responsive and understanding throughout the process. We don't think the house would've come out as nice without his leadership. We did have several known problems going into closing that were a pain to get resolved since we had to let people into the house we now owned. We had to deal with the trades. The wait was worth it. Shea Home actually uses good building materials for their construction. We've had 2 neighbors from other builders compare their building structures to what we have and they both confirmed the quality.

Overall my experience was very good. The teams were responsive during the build process. After move-in, I sometimes feel that my warranty rep and I are not communicating the best, but I still have the 5 and 11 month visits to make sure everything gets worked out.

Overall, a good buying experience with Shea Homes. I was told of a framed walk-thru, but never happened. Timelines were non-existed or vague. Construction workers and other workers were helpful and very knowledgeable. Location and pricing were excellent. Buying process were a bit chaotic with VIP's being involved in the buying process.

Well, it took a very long time to get the house but, it was worth the wait. First and foremost, the location is premium! The builder kept many of the older trees and blended water tolerant plants to create an open, green environment The architecture, aligned to Feng Shui principles, reinforces the feeling of harmony and tranquility reflected in the community. Finally, I have to truly say that Philippe's genius matched us with the most delightful neighbors. Wayne and I feel grateful and fortunate to have found our last home. Thank you, Shea,

Had good working relationship with sales team, construction crew and post-completion complaaints team. Would have liked to see Shea offer more options at reasonable price, like interior cabinet, garage flooring, etc.

The overall buying experience was great. What I do think could have been improved is the oversight of the contractors. For our particular home there were some serious plumbing issues that had to be resolved right after closing. I understand that they work with a lot of contractors, but these types of things need to be caught and addressed before closing ideally. The sales team were amazing and always diligent in responding back to our questions/concerns. We never felt pressured to buy or forced to buy and they were always transparent of the entire process. We love our new home.

This is a very well designed complex with nice grounds. The units have smart home devices. It would have been nice to have assistance with setting up these devices. I still can't get my garage door app to work. All other devices are setup. Including the Ring doorbell, both thermostats, hot water heater, oven & microwave.

My house was built in time and whenever there was an issue they were quick to address it.

Our Sales Person and Field/Site Manager were willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. Above and beyond what might be expected.

Good build quality, but not great. Sales process was simple and streamlined. Overall a good experience except for HOA CC&Rs - overkill for 70 home tract.

As a first time I was apprehensive of how it will be, but the Shea team helped me step by step throughout the home buying process. Most importantly since I was one of the first 3 buyers in this community we got a really good value for money.

Working with Shea has been a very positive experience. I have nothing but great things to say about them. My one negative has been the third party landscaper chosen which is Gothic Landscape. If I had known how unresponsive and unreliable they are, I would have waited to do my full landscaping with another vendor after closing.
