It started out great and then was just average overall. I would most likely not purchase through Shea if I were to do it all over again.

The buying experience was very seamless. Post buying the customer service of builder was very prompt. Over all I am very happy with the purchase

Our trilogy representative Kim did an excellent work from the beginning through the end. She communicated with us until May 14,2023 and we were surprised that on our closing date she no longer is with trilogy. We were not able to properly convey to her how grateful we were. Wish we could have met her in person that day.

Took way too long to build this house. It would sit for weeks at a time with nothing getting done. After an entire year they still changed our close date and messed up our schedule to get additional work done. I would not have purchased if I knew then what I know now. We would have never started working with Kristen if we knew then what we knew later......she made the experience uncomfortable. Also. house appraised for a fair amount less then what we paid for it,

Stay on top of each phase with the length of time it takes now to build a home and the number of homes each building director has to oversee!

Dan was awesome to work with. He answered all our concerns/questions promptly and was the ultimate professional throughout the buying process.

My build experience from start to finish was flawless. The process was extremely organized and the communication was often. My project manager Brad made the difference. He was professional, responsive and made sure that when I moved in he had taken care of everything so I didn’t have to point it out. Shea Homes built a beautiful home and we are very happy with overall appearance and design. There were minor things that needed to be fixed upon closing but they have or are in the process of being addressed. Everyone has been very friendly throughout the whole process.

My after action review will be forthcoming as there are many facets in grading this experience. Major issue is that it took way too long to complete construction from out Aug 2021 purchase date (we moved in May 2023) and that Shea did not accept that we were not available the last 2 weeks of Apr 2023 per my Jan 6, 2023 telcon with project mgr #2…always a moving completion date. Finally, when inspected after completion, it was not cleaned per Shea model…it was a rush job to get to close escrow date. Disappointing.

Our homebuilding experience was great! They kept us informed and was very prompt with any responses to our concerns! The quality of craftsmanship of the build is hands down the best we have ever experienced! The attention to detail and quality of work is top tier! I would build 3 more homes with Shea!

Our sales person was very helpful in listening and waiting patiently for us to make a decision which took 2.5 years. Thank you James. We love our new home and are enjoying living here. Also the responsiveness from Richard has been very appreciated.

The house came with lots of premium features as standard, and we a re supper happy with the result!

What we liked the most is the aera, super quiet and all very quiet, the mountains, the view is relaxing, perfect for us who like tranquility, neighbors very friendly and quiet, the green area to walk super, the Lake that is very relaxing, they have club house with pool and recreation area for families reunite, and the beautiful house, the style will open and spacious many windows that enters perfect light everything, a lot rooms they are perfect for The only thing was the price a little high, but the area is worth it and it is possible because everything has risen but if we also pay more for the updates that we added. I was confident from the beginning that I could trust the exceptional people I was dealing with to deliver an exceptional home. Tammy, the community representative, got right back to me at times when I wouldn't have expected an immediate response and the same was true for James, my foreman. Upon closing, the wider scope of people I was introduces to were all so welcoming and helpful. The detailed book that Shea compiled with information about what and how to care for all of the components of my home was equally professionally done and the fact that there are warranty walk throughs for a year after completion shows that they are claiming responsibility for their work and are concerned about your satisfaction. ... The overall experience was very easy and great. I am a little disappointed in the lot sizes that were available in the collection. But again overall very pleased

We had a great experience with our builder and the home buying process with Shea was so slick and smooth. They are responsive, attentive and their team will come out to help in any way, shape or form. In our house delivery day, we had the warranty team, and the builders with us, it was an experience like no other.

The home is great. But but you really want to make Trilogy exceptional add more amenities. Restaurants, pools (only a 4lane 4ft deep pool), activities. A community of 1,500 homes in a small town needs to be inclusive. Without the Amenities needed you will never meet your potential. It can't be all about more homes. It has to be about Lifestyle. The clientele you deal with has many options and the ability to afford it.

My experience with shea homes was amazing. Rachelle did a great job with this house. The house came out beautiful & only a few minor things needed to be fixed after my first walk in. I will definitely recommend shea homes. I’ve been in my home 3 months & loving it.

Builder is a bit inflexible, "this is how we build it, no changes allowed" Understandable, I suppose, but not especially customer focused. The home is advertised to be energy efficient but really only meets minimum building code standards for insulation. HVAC unit and hot water heater are not energy efficient. Builder cheapened out on several items that I would have preferred to be able to upgrade. Lighting fixtures in closet and laundry are ugly tube flourescent that are fine for the garage; Fancy iDevice switches are nice but if they are installed to control dimmable bulbs, they should have used the version that supports them. Garage door opener controller should have been provided with the motion sensor version to turn on the lights automatically when entering. No landscape fabric in the garden area, so weed popping up. Lots of small details were simply overlooked by providing the cheapest options. Cracks in the garage concrete floor they would not repair even before closing. Light switches for the flex room are not in convenient locations, neither is the switch when leaving the master bedroom hallway into the great room, hard to find them in a dark room. Maybe not a builder problem, but I wish they would have worked closer with the HOA. There was no internet when closing, in fact it was not even arranged to be hooked. Need to be more responsive and follow up doing/completing what is supposed to be done

We have had the pleasure of working with some very fine people that have listened to our issues and helped to resolve them.

Really enjoy living in this community. Beautiful homes. Good construction. Any issues are quickly resolved after addressed.

Shea did not meet our expectations at all due to so many open issues. They close our house in April of this year and mostly cabinets are having issues. Supervisor from cabinet company was surprised that how come they gave you keys with so much unfinished work. Baseboards in the house are installed so badly. I am not sure how shea builder can deliver such bad quality work for an expensive house? After closing the house priority of unfinished is not treated properly. so much frustration.
