Since it was our first time buying a new home, we had a lot of trepidation and questions. From day one, Libby, Helen, and Kelly greeted us warmly and sincerely. Throughout the whole process, Kelly guided us professionally and answered all our concerns. SHE IS WONDERFUL! Through the actual building of our house, Darren and Tracy were EXCELLENT! They tended to every detail and were top-notch in seeing that our house was built well. We would definitely recommend Shea Homes! Everyone was attentive to our requests and positively responded with good results.

We can’t give enough praise to the Shea team for their hard work. They were helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable from opening escrow to closing. Nissrin and Ada were excellent in answering all of our questions (even the dumb ones). Chrissy’s guidance with the design helped create a unique and timeless living space, and thankfully prevented my wife, Morgan, from picking a horrendous bright-blue tile in the primary bathroom. Sometimes with all the wonderful options available, some professional guidance is necessary. Roland ensured the finishes were perfectly executed, and Jason made sure our home will stay running smoothly for years to come. My high expectations have been exceeded throughout the entire home buying experience. Alan took are of the pre-sales process flawlessly, Joel was instrumental in getting the last minute details sorted during our walkthrough prior to moving in (and just after), and Tracey ensured that our minor workmanship issues were addressed during our 30 day warranty check-in. My wife and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Shea home. After five home-buying experiences (one internationaly), this has - by far - been the best experience to date. Well done Shea.

Everything are awesome, my wife and me are very satisfied with the interior design style. I like the new equipment such as the inductive faucet switch, delay light off switch, automatic control of garages with cameras, etc,. Thank you for your professional working. One thing may need improvement The water in the swimming pool is a bit dirty, there are often flies or bugs dead body floating on the water. It would be better if you could clean up in time. This is my second Shea home. My last home was built by another local builder and the quality was just not there. I chose to return to a Shea home because they pay attention to every detail during the building process, the interior design selections process and all the way to final closing. Everyone employed at Shea Homes are professional, experienced and welcoming. My home buying experience has been terrific!

Very nice house in a great area

From the very first interaction at the sales office, to our first builder meeting, to the walk throughs and into our first month with the warranty team it has exceeded expectations. All functions work together vs feeling like we’ve been handed off and all genuinely seem to care about us, our family, our home and the build process.

Tracy was wonderful and very knowledgeable and just as concerned about items in our home that requires repair. We are grateful to have her in our community.

It was a great experience buying and living in a Shea home. We got to choose so many upgrades which helped in personalising our home to our taste and need.
