My experience with Shea Homes has been positive on every level. I am loving my new home and would buy from Shea again.

Great Location and value for affordable prices

As close to a custom home as possible without paying custom prices. Josh, the sales rep was refreshingly honest, and they worked with us throughout to help us get the deal done. Jeremi, our connection super was very helpful in all aspects of the process. Highly recommended!

Loved being able to walk through models which helped decide on The model to call "home"! Had some great incentives which was a plus!

HOA is way too expensive.

This is the third home I've had built and Shea Homes/Trilogy has, by far, been the best home builder I've worked with. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been superb. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed.

This was my fourth new build purchase and having to do it without my late husband made it bittersweet. However, the process went very smoothly and the communication was phenomenal. Every step of the way I was informed of the status and sent photos. When I visited the property as it was being built, I was always greeted with smiling staff who were very eager to help with any questions I had. From the main guard gate to the salespeople to the field staff, everyone was always pleasant and made me feel welcome. This was by far one of the best homebuying experiences I have had. The whole experience from purchasing, moving in, and responsiveness were outstanding. The house is very expensive for the square footage. But I think Shea Homes could improve in options 1: option for electric stove top 2: water spigots in back of home 3: patio should be wider (Latitude Model) 4: put a light in the pantry 5: a hot water circulating pump should be standard. Current set up wastes too much water in kitchen before one gets hot water

Sales Rep Bryanne was great. She was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helped us with a design option change. We sincerely appreciated your company honoring a customer’s request for changes.

Generally, our experience was very good. We did have a problem with one of our air conditioners however, within a reasonable period of time, it was completely replaced our seller, Laura and warranty Specialist Neal Were in communication with us during the process and saw Us through the problem being resolved.

Shea builds a great home with attention to detail throughout and friendly, helpful employees helping every step of the way. The punch list post-sale was small and quickly attended to. We could not be happier.

Shea Homes did a great job with the sales process, most but not all of their employees were great and accommodating. This being a starter home I was not expecting everything to be amazing but it was not bad. There are definitely some areas where they could have done better such as having gutters over the rear patio door to keep rain from splashing into the home if your door was open. Better quality control for, paint,(there are paint drops on the floor, towel bars, island etc), cabinet install (drawers do not slide well, and the blemishes and wrong install inside the boxes were just covered with stickers), the sound transmission across floors and bedrooms is disappointing (can hear someone showering upstairs and water draining in the kitchen from downstairs). Lastly the community planning for the driveways and alleyways is not the best, it is difficult to park into your own garage if you have a car parked on the driveway and your neighbor has one on theirs (no backing space or wide enough turn radius) Other than these items the house layout is great and the features provided are an upgrade ... We are genuinly excited about the quality and high level tech in our new home. Everything turned out great. We would like to see a little better response time on some of the items we need taken care of still. Overall happy with Shea

The house is great and they built it pretty quickly. But as with any multiunit that supposed by the deadline to please buyers the workmanship suffers and the result shows it. The warranty is great but certain things can’t be fixed since you already live in the house and it is hard to get people to come out to fix things.

We were very pleased with the entire process with Shea Homes from initial site selection through to closing. Shea homes is a top notch builder.

Remarkable construction quality. My condo has appreciative privacy and the space has been very well designed providing plenty of storage. The ventilation is awesome with lots of sunlight and efficient dual panel windows.

Great, professional, and friendly customer service

This is our first Shea home and we are very happy with the experience. Starting with Michael in Sales, our field managers Will and Alexis were all engaged and ensured we have a smooth build and move-in experience. We are pleased with the quality and workmanship of our home and extremely happy with the warranty support offered by Rob.

Our sales people Kris and Mike were so inviting and knowledgeable about the product while our super’s Jason and Joe were incredibly responsive and willing to accommodate our concerns. House is a 10/10 and somewhere we can see ourselves for the rest of our lives. So happy.
