We love our new smart home ,Coming off of acreage its a little to get used to but we will. We love the area, were close to family,Shoping is very close, So many places to venture out to see.Love the weather.The only negative is I think the HOA is a little to much, To intrusive,to restrictive,But here again well get there.All in all its great.for us at our age it was a good move.

The design process was very easy and straight forward. We wish there were more options as far as the backyard and fencing like another Trilogy property next door has. Also having the amenities up and running faster would also be a good thing. Overall though very happy with our new home.

We found our buying experience to be very simple and straightforward, working with Kirstie, our awesome sales advisor who was great to deal with and always very responsive. Also pleased with the walk-through and sign-off process. Couldn't be happier with our purchase,

It's my first home in USA, shea homes sales person Elizabeth made it smooth and awesome buying experience . Elizabeth was always responsive and helpful throughout purchase process. Shea homes materials and home build quality is great. Overall we felt shea homes is name for trust and quality for new home purchase.

From the moment we walked into the sales office every one was great to work with, no pressure just a professional approach and giving us many good reasons to live in Triology. We knew this was the place for us and we are so happy we chose this wonderful community as our forever home.

Had plans for the build before I left in April and came back to a finished home with only a few problems. Very nice the way Shay explained everything on your walk-through and before closing. It’s definitely the easiest house I have ever built.

Overall, our production home was good quality even though I felt we paid a bit of a premium price for it. As the sixth home we've built, including two custom homes, the workmanship quality was only above average. There are multiple areas where walls are not true or square. Finish work was good, but had several issues they were unable to resolve. Example: base trim in one area is crooked partially because a floor tile is not set correctly. Instead of trimming around the tile, they put on the base and caulked around it. I would recommend a VERY thorough walk-thru to catch everything possible before closing. Although service follow up is attentive and helpful, not everything can be effectively corrected after the fact. Example: we don't want to tear out a wall section, plumb it, replace dry wall, mud, and paint after we've moved in. As a production builder, I would rate them 4.5 on quality and 5 on service. Price is 4.0 because we paid a premium price and didn't get a premium finish. ... More

From the Sales Rep to the Warranty Supervisor, the communication throughout the process was amazing. They truly made our house feel like our home from day one.

Most all good When issues came up and still do it’s on my time and not yours We had other delays complicating our vendor to do what they do because of no one available on site for a couple days to fix their issue and lost a week or two because of rescheduling I have used multiple vacation days waiting and or waiting in big timeline set by your subs Mostly a four hour window given to us And no shows by one sub and had to reschedule again with a timeline window set by the sub We have one issue pending on a part and don’t have any idea when it is supposed to be done nor did they leave any information about who to contact Guess being in construction myself I would have to say it’s not service some of the subs are about you have used More of make the customer wait till they get around to it or note items again to see if it gets fixed Shea has been great to work with and do what they can Other items and home are great ... Very well-informed team that worked with us from the beginning through completion of our designer home. We love the area and ammenities that Lake Frederick has to offer. The warrany team goes above and beyond to make everything right after move-in and 1 month.

Mike, Tino, Will have been fantastic with home repair, etc. Kirstie, Amy and Brenda great with the purchase process.

Quality construction with the regular updates about the construction process.

Despite the significant schedule delay, I'm fairly happy with the end result. Shea even offered compensation for the delay.

I am a firm believer that everything happens when it's supposed to happen. I had looked at this house about 4 or 5 times and was lucky enough to be able to purchase it when my house finally sold.

Everyone we touched from Shea are so helpful and trustworthy. All minor issues could be fixed asap.

The sales team (Lorena, Spencer, Josephine) communicated very well and in a positive manner. They were always responsive. Our interior designer, Lorri, was excellent and great to work with. Angel, the superintendent, was awesome and very knowledgeable of new residential construction. Superior workmanship, materials and quality building. Overall, we are thrilled with our brand new beautiful Shea Home! It's truly a dream come true!

Our trilogy representative Kim did an excellent work from the beginning through the end. She communicated with us until May 14,2023 and we were surprised that on our closing date she no longer is with trilogy. We were not able to properly convey to her how grateful we were. Wish we could have met her in person that day.

Dan was awesome to work with. He answered all our concerns/questions promptly and was the ultimate professional throughout the buying process.

My build experience from start to finish was flawless. The process was extremely organized and the communication was often. My project manager Brad made the difference. He was professional, responsive and made sure that when I moved in he had taken care of everything so I didn’t have to point it out. I am very happy with the quality of the build and my project manager Brad
