The sales team, Marci and Eric were amazing to work with. Work around our schedules and always made us feel excited. My only knock is that many things are not complete in our home, due to back ordering, which I understand but the communication (or lack there of) has been disappointing. We have no idea of when we will have these items installed.

Shea has their act together. They care about your satisfaction and getting it right for the customer.

Buildind and Buying with Shae (considering Covid-19) was a clean, straightforward process. Our Field Mananager was a Star and our Mortgage agent was there to help us every step of the way! We did have issues with some products and timings (due to supply chain issues), but these issues were delt with as quickly as possible. All in all, a good experience.

Proud to say this is my second Shea home!! Well my first brand new home and Chino never needed any repairs whatsoever this new one has a few very very minor issues which I understand is probably more normal. From the sales team to customer service they are very attentive and we are super excited about our purchase!!

We would emphasize the excellent manage support

The painting job is really bad, lots of errors and missed areas, paint spatter all over cabinets and floors.

A good product creates demand on its own especially one that meets market needs. It is more likely than not when demand is significantly higher than demand, sales staff turns arrogant. Not so in this case. We had a wonderful buying experience.

The Sales team is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. We were remote buyers from another part of the state and able to conduct most business by phone and video calls. All our questions were handled within a day and they even provided photos of our home during the building process. The overall design is beautiful and the Design Center support for selecting options was easy and well coordinated to our style. The build quality is very good and has great functional features. I recommend Shea Homes to friends and family.

The overall process great.I did the designing of the interior along with the color scheme via zoom and the rest is history.A beautiful end product.

Apparently this builder has a fantastic reputation, however our home was one of the very last built prior to completion of the residential site. It is evident throughout the property that the job was rushed; “sloppy workmanship” and mistakes that later had to be corrected - which is frustrating, time consuming, and forces me to miss career and other important commitments to redo work that should’ve been done right the first time. The experience of buying a home with Shea was great. The home I received was not what I expected.

Quality at affordable price. Sales, Delivery and Customer service all the teams are great.

I believe that we received a quality product for the price we paid. As a production builder, they have their processes and, other than picking finishes, you have very little input into the build process.

Despite the challenges of 2021 due to Covid and supply chain shortages/delays, Shea kept our move in date and performed amazingly well overall-thank you!

From purchase to move-in and beyond, Shea Homes is there for you! To tour the community with a current resident, prior to viewing model homes is a genius idea and experience. We knew very quickly that this is the place to retire in beautiful Wickenburg Ranch! Our salesperson explained the purchase process, very transparent and applied no pressure. We were kept abreast of building process and since moving in, our Customer Service Rep is absolutely wonderful-very caring and responsive to solve any issues, of which there were very few.

We watched our home being built and we have been very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the house.

Any mistakes that were made Shea Homes responded quickly and honestly! Joe was upfront about everything. He backed his word! I would recommend Shea Homes to others!
