Very nice house in a great area

From the very first interaction at the sales office, to our first builder meeting, to the walk throughs and into our first month with the warranty team it has exceeded expectations. All functions work together vs feeling like we’ve been handed off and all genuinely seem to care about us, our family, our home and the build process.

Tracy was wonderful and very knowledgeable and just as concerned about items in our home that requires repair. We are grateful to have her in our community.

It was a great experience buying and living in a Shea home. We got to choose so many upgrades which helped in personalising our home to our taste and need.

It was a smooth process, I was happy with the overall experience!

It all started the day we step into the office to view the models. That day we found our dream home. The ladies in the office are experts and enjoy helping the customer’s. LeAnne, Ramona and Donna go the extra mile to assist, and answer all the questions Once the build process started we were blessed to get Peter as out field manager Peter is excellent and provides exceptional customer service. Currently we are under the warranty process working with Athea She provides superb assistance. When we started our build process, all we heard from others people that previously build home was what a nightmare the build process was, but obviously they did not build with Shea and their amazing staff! From start to finish, Lynda and Paula took very good care of us, keeping us updated on the progress of our new home build. Brad also did a great job and explained any questions we had and then when Matthew took over he stepped up and did a great job as well. Shea has a great team and we were truly impressed by them all. Our new home is wonderful and we have had very few issues and those we did have were either already corrected or on a list to be corrected. Very happy and satisfied customers!

The process was smooth and easy. Everyone that we talked to that was with Shea Homes was so professional. And they really do love working with Shea. Service is phenomenal and they respond so quickly to anything.

From the lot pick, to the upgrades and the design process we were walked thru with ease. The office representatives Bernadette and Josh were there to answer questions, and alot of them. We're SO happy that Shea built our home in 3 Roots! Shea faced many challenges given the labor shortage and supply market and still managed to complete our home in less than a year. Everything was executed fantastically. Coming from a construction family, I can truly say they built a solid home. I'm very impressed. The Shea team – everyone including the construction crew, realtors, and design center – were terrific to work with: polite, professional, quick to respond, and empathetic. Our closing date got pushed out because SDG&E didn't have our gas/electric setup, so every day from the original closing date to the new/future closing date Shea covered our hotel and meals ($40pp/day)! Once we closed, they included a housewarming gift of wine glasses from William Sonoma! It was such a nice surprise.
