Enjoyed his attention to buyers need to be informed.

Everything that Chuck said was pretty accurate, and he gave his professional opinion on what he thought was best for us, meaning picking out good products ( color, design, and others layouts. He made it simple and easy for us during the building process and kept us up to speed on what was going on. He responded to any of our concerns in a timely fashion. Buying a new build with Shea Homes was a great experience for my wife and me. We had a great time from picking out our lot to choosing our upgrade features to waiting for the home to be done. We were informed at every step of the way and had a great time working with Bernadette and Josh. Thank you Shea Homes for an excellent experience.

I would never a home again from this builder. The quality of home is substandard and they lied and overcharged. This builder is totally untrustwrothy. The sales agent, Cathy was extremely rude and impolite throughout the process. They have used cheap labor and materials throughout. Community feels like cheap throughout. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Not very happy with getting warranty work completed in a timely manner. Issues with cabinets, driveway pavers, stucco coloring and other smaller but just as important issues. It took several conversations to resolve some of these listed problems but still have most UNCOMPLETED! We moved in late June...It seems like passing the buck is a staple response.

Our experience with Shea homes has been great.

There was a change in warranty specialist which caused the issues to be delayed. Hopefully Shea Homes takes care of this transition process so the home owner is not affected.

We are extremely frustrated with the quality of the home. Never expected so many issues and we are pretty sure the issues with the kitchen will never be resolved. No one that can address them really seems to be concerned other then our warranty rep who has little control over the issues.

Very pleased with the home. Took a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Really nice location with beautiful views. Shea homes-Trilogy builds a quality home at a reasonable price.

We found the house to be of very good quality for a nationwide builder. The only negatives were the lottery process for obtaining a lot and Shea Mortgage. The loan process was much too detailed and time consuming for our credit history and amount of down payment. Communication with Shea mortgage has been more difficult once the loan was funded.

How do I feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? Honestly I do not feel good about it :/ In general and overarchingly I feel blessed to be in a position to buy a new home so I don’t want to rain on that parade. *But* I’ve had dust-ups with builders/management at Pre-Drywall, Landscaping and Warranty; pushback from builders/management about not wanting to fix things or not admitting that things needed to be fixed - only to have builders/management a few days later relent, fixing most, but not all items. Altho many, but again not all, items were fixed, the process each time, left me stressed, exhausted and disillusioned. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Mixed. Some materials/construction appear top-notch, and some things appear to be low-end cost saving materials/construction. My front door, for which I paid for a premium elevation is a mess. A door guy from Focus came out to look at it and explained that first the door was (accidentally) painted blue and then without sanding or prepping the door was then painted yellow. He explained that paint does not stick to paint. So at delivery the door was cracked, chipping and the blue paint showing thru and there are drip marks at door well/frame - all this due to *not* sanding or prepping the door before repainting. Focus door guy could not fix because he is not from painter trades, but he fully understood the problem. It’s aMaZiNg that I paid extra for all that. This is just one example of the sloppy workmanship I have encountered in my new home. How was your experience with the builder’s team? The builder’s team; as I mentioned above, aLoT of pushback from builders and management, then the reversal, the 180 - so aLoT of unnecessary stress for me, the homebuyer. Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? Pls see above. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? I would like potential home buyers to know that this builder, Shea Trilogy, builds an amazingly positive and wonderful product for the Active Adult Living lifestyle. But, I have to say that, at this juncture, Shea is not living up to it’s reputation as a supreme builder. I understand issues of demand, supply chain and labor shortages - but none of that accounts for the pushback behavior I’ve experienced and, for the most part, no verbal apology for such behavior. ... Well, it took a very long time to get the house but, it was worth the wait. First and foremost, the location is premium! The builder kept many of the older trees and blended water tolerant plants to create an open, green environment The architecture, aligned to Feng Shui principles, reinforces the feeling of harmony and tranquility reflected in the community. Finally, I have to truly say that Philippe's genius matched us with the most delightful neighbors. Wayne and I feel grateful and fortunate to have found our last home. Thank you, Shea,

We are so pleased with our new home and would recommend Shea to anyone looking to buy in one of their developments. High quality materials and a greatly responsive team if people. A+

I would have given 5 stars for all of the above, but two things need to be improved: 1) The warranty specialist is too busy. He does not respond to requests in a timely manner. Even the appointments for urgent things are two weeks out (or more). 2) It appears that Shea Homes contracted some other company to do the tiles and then seal the tile grout. That company either forgot to seal the grout or didn't do a good job. We have grout coming out even with a sponge and water. The good part is that Shea Homes is responding, but still no resolution after 2 weeks+

Shea has done a great job from sales, construction, to delivery. We have a fairly good experience during this complex course of new home purchasing, and we would like to thank Shea for the efforts spent to make this new home delivery on time and with high quality.

Wonderful experience from sales to service!

Customer Service Rep was very responsive to schedule. However, arranging sub-contractors for corrections was not timely. Memberships orientation at our club was impossible to schedule. Under staffing issues lack the ability to work better hours to service new members.

We love our Shea home. We had some issues that took time to get addressed but eventually were worked out. I feel some of the problems might have been due to rushing the job and not paying attention to the small details

We started our journey with Shea in May of 2021. First we selected our lot and home model, signed the purchase contract and then spent a full day at the Design Studio to select our options to customize our home. Then the long wait for our home to be built began. Due to the effects of Covid19 on the availability of building materials as well as workers, what was normally a 5 month construction period lasted a bit over a year. Yes, it was frustrating to keep waiting for our closing date but in the end, we were so pleased with how our house turned out. We chose the Declare model and the final product was just as we imagined it. Sure, we noticed a few things that were not perfect but Dawn and the Warranty team are making sure that all issues are being resolved. Quality of workmanship is pathetic. Follow-up has been even worse. We've had our 1-month walk through 2 months ago and 90% of the items on the list are still not addressed. Here are some of the things that they missed the mark: damaged cabinets, uneven handles, damaged countertops, sharp objects protruding under flooring, uneven walls, slanted walls, damaged window, exterior wood voids, irrigation system that bangs pipes/walls, no pressure reduction valve, the list goes on.....

From signing contract to closing the home took 13 months to complete. Issue found during construction and walk through was not fixed prior to move in. Dry wall issues are being delayed repairs for one year. Irrigation system is tied into other houses and over watering of lawn has occurred for two months.

Working with the folks at Shea Homes has been a great experience. They are kind, patient, and very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the home is evident and the service provided in all phases of building through the first year is amazing.

Good people , nice sales staff, , I just got an easy problem ( the technician of the AC company forgot to contact a little part that make the AC drain water in the roof and drywalls . But the shea warranty is good .

My wife and I are very please with your team's responsiveness to our needs. As in any new construction, some tweaking is needed after the move-in. And so far, your team is very professional and punctual.

We had seen their ads but going through the buying process of a Shea home is an experience you won't forget. From the personal meetings to the very detailed walkthroughs we felt informed every step of the way. The Shea staff are well trained yet personable and eager to help. That coupled with high quality materials and excellent workmanship make for a very special experience. Thank you Shea!
