Great experience...nice people to work with...good team work. A few explanations could have been explained a little better, not living in this environment before, but all in all, very satisfied and pleased.

We have been very pleased with the Trilogy team.

Shea was great throughout the entire building process. When there was an issue they were very responsive to resolve our concerns.

Overall our experience has been positive. There were a few surprises such as actual cost of our house vs. advertised price. Transparency in pricing could be improved. Now that we are actual Trilogy members we are hearing of things that definitely need to be addressed such as financial transparency and a communal meeting site.

It’s so hard to say this but the walls are much thinner and the quality of the products used is less than average. It is not the Grove quality. We really miss having a convenient light switch in the kitchen and that is just a basic item on a builders to do list. We can hear neighbor talking and can feel cold air coming through the walls.

Good experience so far, I’ve only been at the home 10 days in the last 21/2 months. Minor improvements would be great I.e. soft close hinges on all cabinet doors, soft closing toilet seats, options for ceiling fans in the living and dining rooms. Little details make a big difference.

Donna in sales and Robert in the construction office were equally amazing people to work with.

Terrible service from the realtors and quite unprofessional.

The Evia model home is well made and has a great floor plan with 2 beds and 2 baths. The one big complaint is the position of the heat pump right out the primary bedroom window and the noise for me is too loud.

The sales team was good. Pricing above market with initial homes seems like initial home buyers should be made whole with some upgrades. Or rebates . Lack of upgrades relative to model homes is unusual. We’ve bought two prior new homes and the builders were happy to offer us upgrades.. thesewe are profane of happy with the technology and remote app abilities of the home.

Pre-occupancy walk-throughs are very nice.

House was built pretty well. Only one issue. It takes a minute and a half to get hot water at the kitchen sink because they did not install a circ pump. Seems crazy to waste 1.5 gallons of water in Las Vegas every time we need hot water. Its on us to fix it they did nothing. For $820,000 you would expect a little better.

We had been looking for a smaller home after retiring from work, but had trouble finding the right combination of home and neighborhood in the town where we lived. This Shea home came on the market shortly after we renewed our search, and we are very pleased with it. It had been already finished, so I cannot speak to the experience of working with Shea from the ground up. However, Shea has been responsive to minor warrantee claims, in which they proved to be responsive and effective. We love the floor plan and general quality of the build.

Good all around. Would recommend.

This was our second build in Encanterra with Shea. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Susan at the design center was very helpful and got us through the process of selecting our finishes quickly. We did spend quite a bit of time before our meeting with her, selecting a lot ahead so our time with her was more efficient. Antonio and Mike, our site managers, were always eager to meet and address any concerns early on.

Built long distance - having a good project manager was key.

The quality and craftsmanship of the home are outstanding. The followi-up warranty support have been excellent.

We had a great experience with Matt in sales. He is friendly and does a great job with keeping you informed. Overall we had a good home buying experience.

Sunnova is undergoing bankruptcy procedures and the homeowners are not being kept up to date on what is happening. We are new and have no idea when our solar system will be connected. More transparency is needed.

Overall experience was good and we are happy either way our home and especially the lot .

Everything was transparent. Models were so helpful to visualize the right floor plan choice for us. There were upgrades in the models that were not available however at the design center. Just be aware. Upon moving in there were some issues (as expected) with a new home but they were addressed quicky by Sanel our warranty specialist.

Many finishes like LVT AND FIREPLACES ARE NOT OFFERED. No gas fireplaces no gas ranges. You are forced to buy what they offer and then tear it out and put in what you want. The design center is very weak’
