Donna in sales and Robert in the construction office were equally amazing people to work with.

We have been interested in Trilogy for a long time and now that they built a destination in our area we decided to make the move. Every Trilogy we have visited has provided a professional sales experience with only as much of their involvement as we wanted and no overbearing presence. Jessica at Nevina Trilogy was a joy to work with - the whole process was efficient and enjoyable, even when we changed our minds halfway through and swapped homes. We are enjoying our new home and buying it was a pleasant experience.

With the exception of our outstanding Sales Rep, Amy, this home purchase experience was very stressful and frustrating. The production team lacked follow through and adequate communication. The Sales leadership is difficult to work with. Despite all of this, our warranty team is responsive, and we are pleased with the overall build quality of our home. We enjoy living in such an active community.

This was a five year process for me to find the right place. I looked in many states and many cities around the country for a home I could spend my retirement years in. For many reasons Trilogy Lake Norman by Shea kept staying at the top of my list, I finally had to say OK I get it, this is my home and so it is.

What a pleasant home purchase experience. The staff were so helpful, supportive, even when we worried our existing home wasn’t selling fast enough. Any question or worry was faced with calm, knowledgable, advice or assistance. We loved the gals: Jasmine and Andrea.

Terrible service from the realtors and quite unprofessional.

The entire sales team worked together so we were always helped no matter when we came to look. With so many different homes to see it took several visits and we ended up working with Josh on the Duplexes, Bernadette on the homes and then when we didn’t find what we were looking for Chris suggested the Rooftops, which was a perfect fit! Then on delivery, Octavio spent a lot of time explaining everything and how it all worked. At the one month review Octavio went over the very few items we had and he had Jonathon took care of them, explaining what he did and checking to see if I was happy with it. A few issues notes and one huge issue. The entire dowel and shelf from the master closet wall. Seems th ey didn’t secure it to any studs. The finish guy reinforced all shelves for us. Also missing grout from shower. Mostly small things. Our warranty rep, Ryan is awesome at helping us. Overall we love the house

Shea home you really don’t want me to have anything reviewed about buy shea home experience right now, my new house just got done with one month warranty fixed up . right now I’m right literally is word for waiting for months April comes so I can continue doing more fixing things to do my house , foundation problem or house setting problems I don’t know things are cracked ? please don’t use the word congregation to me , if you understand how I feel , experience is not very good .

She stayed consistently communicative and demonstrated impressive knowledge, answering every question we had with clarity and care. We definitely recommend Hella for any future buyers!

The sales team made our buying experience very enjoyable. We have had support whenever we needed issues addressed at our home. The quality of our building is outstanding and I don’t think you can get anything better for the price that we paid. All of the restaurants and shopping so close by is plus for this development.

The service was amazing, though some of the work could have been improved. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything. The sales team was great, and the sales warranty crew was awesome.
