I’m so impressed with the Trilogy team that I have dealt with since October 2020! Many many thanks to Courtney, Sonny, Katie and Melissa, and Larry from Shea Mortgage. I hope I’m not leaving anyone out. I found this team to be professional, courteous and very helpful, especially with the modifications needed during the pandemic. I was living on the West coast and had to complete all my design choices virtually. Courtney answered a ‘thousand’ questions from me and acquired additional pictures of the samples to help me make these decisions without being at the design center. When I walked into my new home in August and saw everything for the first time, I was thrilled with how well everything turned out! This review would not be complete without extending my immense gratitude to Sonny – the field manager who oversaw the building of my new home – and continues to provide support. No matter how busy Sonny is, he displays a never-ending smile, willingly listens, answers questions, and shares his expertise and knowledge. His outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed; he always does what he says he’s going to do and follows up if there are delays or changes. I am truly appreciative of Sonny’s genuine dedication and concern to make this entire process as smooth as possible and minimize any undue postponements or glitches. His attention to detail is unmatched. Sonny, you have a winner’s attitude, and I appreciate the fact that you take your customers seriously and have the patience to teach an inexperienced single-family homeowner some of the unfamiliar tasks, such as the irrigation system and the workings of GFCI when my clothes dryer lost power. Very responsive to our issues!

We love our new home.

There needs to be more attention to details: ie. nailing the molding to the bathroom cabinet and floor, putting molding on the floor next to the kitchen cabinet and refrigerator, installing scribe on the cabinets at both ends of peninsula. Replacing kitchen cabinet panel and trim next to refrigerator, securing kitchen cabinet trim atop of cabinets.

Good project manager and sales.

Again the staff in all areas were very personable and helpful. They treat you like extended family. They answer all your questions promptly. They guide you through the process very efficiently and easily. Great overall experience.

Most brand-new houses have a number of issues, which is understandable. But thanks to excellent Shea Homes customer service, we have most issues addressed in a timely manner. Shea representative, Antonio, has been prompt and courteous. Overall home buying experience has been great. Many thanks!

We are happy with our purchase.

Shea houses are made to last. Floor plans are excellent and exterior designs are better than other builders. Our house got delayed but the end product is wonderful. Follow up for any future problems is also take care by the builders.

The builder seemed to care about doing a good job while building the house, but needs work on follow up. I do not have any major items and I am very happy with my house, but there are little things that do not seem like a priority to the builder to solve for me since the sale is final.

Responsiveness is good. Appliance arriving too late.

With the exception of our initial sales agent and access to see the house during construction we enjoyed our experience

Very responsive to issues (Customer Service and Construction Manager)

Attention to detail was lacking on the final product for deliver. On our week prior to close the walls in the house were not painted the correct color.

They work with you ,,so you can get the home for you. Everyone is vary nice

We absolutely love our new home. we would recommend Shea homes to anyone that would like to join our community, not only is the home perfect, but the community of neighbors is outstanding.

Great home building and buying experience

Appreciate the responsiveness to the little issues that need cleaned up after moving in

Overall the home was awesome. Some minor things to be fixed but overall responsive to fixing them in a timely manner

A decent builder with good service

The material used are really poor. There are baseboard cracks that are already appearing and lot of other things.

Would have like to see better quality windows. The closing experience was not good at all. Overall happy though.
