garages are extremely small and no 4 car option. Numerous issues in need of correcting after close. Appliance options are poor. Monogram is a terrible product! There's no flexibility in finishes and few options.

This is a very well designed complex with nice grounds. The units have smart home devices. It would have been nice to have assistance with setting up these devices. I still can't get my garage door app to work. All other devices are setup. Including the Ring doorbell, both thermostats, hot water heater, oven & microwave.

Day one we were kind of led on, 1 its a gas Furnace but you don't bring gas lines for a Stove/oven or even for a dryer . 2 advised there will be a food truck every friday in neighborhood. Not everyone in the Shae Company is on the same page . 1 to not know which unit is being sold first . 2 to not having the same close date One person says its all up to the buyer then saying it has to be closed by a different day. Second time not as good as the first

This is our second home at Encanterra. By far the first experience was much, much better than this time. Our construction manager - Mike Cama - was consistently good, but his management team above him were not supportive, often challenging and at times rude. The quality of the home is much worse than before. Craftsmanship is moderate and many items were simply “missed” or done “half-way”. A prime example is the A/C unit had almost no (zero) refrigerant in it yet passsed Shea’s “stringent quality check”. Our home was built during covid when there was a shortage of construction workers, etc. Very sloppy paint job, carpet job, and quality is very poor. This is our second Shea home. First one out of state no issues. Our warranty care person in this particular community is not very responsive with following up and fixing the issues. Very bad experience with this particular home. Three months into our brand new home we had a master bathroom leak. Shea had to demolition the the whole master bathroom. Leaked into our neighbors ceiling below. We are very disappointed in what we got in the home because we were told we would have Air conditioning, we never got, also we were told we would have choices in upgrades we never got. I would not recommend Shea after they mislead us.

Be prepared to do a fair amount of tile, color, flooring shopping and design ideas on your own before meeting in the design center as the time is limited and the choices even more limited.

Our brand new fridge did not work, four rooms of our home only had primer on walls and was not painted until two months after we moved in. We had to move all furniture and walk hangings again. Many other issues. Very unhappy with how all of this was taken care of.

There have been some issues with workmanship and materials but most of these have been taken care of in a reasonable time period. The homeowners association follow through, however, has been extremely poor and we are somewhat concerned about that going forward.
