I think overall builder is good

The experience can be overwhelming, Shea homes definitely did everything they could to assist in lessining the burden.

Love floorplan but this builder needs to hire better quality inspectors. Way too many things wrong. Plus the response time for corrections is very slow.

Nicely laid out home plan. We were kept informed of progress along the way. Consistently good workmanship and materials, with minor issues found during and after our close process. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

This was our first home purchase that was a new build and everything about our new home is just fantastic. Great quality by SHEA.

Outstanding customer service from the frontline officers to the builder managers and last but not least customer service support. Always on top of every concern that we had, explaining the process and options that may meet our needs. Very friendly and attentive in all aspects of our home purchasing process. Delayed move in date, over 6k in added costs. Kitchen Island being replaced because installed a broken piece, still waiting after 2 months, tile in shower and around our tub has to be replaced, used 2 different colors. All of the granite had caulk all over it that need to be cleaned, was told to use a razor blade. No touch up paint given. Many more things to list.

It is our 2nd home built by Shea, and we would go with them again. They do a very good job.

It was great to work with Shea and for a first time buyer, was getting majority of the support. Kyle was great and able to address all my questions n concerns. Happy to recommend Shea to my friends n I have already did that.

The first person we interacted with at Shea was Steve Fryer and with his personality, product knowledge and interest in our needs convinced us to buy on the first visit to Trilogy. Since that first visit every Shea employee we have worked with has gone above and beyond every norm of support. Emily, Brendan, Alicia have all reinforced our positive opinion of Shea.

I love the hardwood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, high ceilings, awesome view from backyard and magnificent granite oversized kitchen countertop. And lastly but most importantly how the Shea team is so professional and Reachable ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Norhtview at Stone Butte, quality is not provided! We did two walk throughs before closing and very little was fixed each time. We now have a fixer upper in our new home. I have drywall mud on many locations in my New Home? I will see how the work is done moving forward with the warranty department.

Shea has this nailed down. The communication was on point, the way the company is structured lends itself to an overall positive buying experience and a great final product. This is my 4th Shea home and they have all been great homes.

Only slight drawback is that the homes are too close together.

Overall good quality and customer facing, but slow on follow up and responses after the sale.

This has been a frustrating experience with the builder and HOA. My master bathroom marble countertop is flawed. It was not sealed and water spots have marred the countertop. Moved in May 2021 and still waiting for this issue to be resolved by builder. Keep getting excuse of that this particular marble company is short on staff. However, the new home still up for sale, they were able to install an upgraded marble countertop in the master bathroom. Very disappointed in builder and HOA. I thought Toll Brothers was inferior. They are a cut above Shea. Rethink Shea Homes - please. You will put more money into your home once you move-in. Also, beware of ANTS. This is there territory and you they will be in your new home. Shea will not bring out a pest control. This is the homeowners expense. ... More

Electrical errors still not fixed. Poor quality of kitchen cabinets. Not telling me the requirements to obtaining permission to have fence and yard installed
