The first person we interacted with at Shea was Steve Fryer and with his personality, product knowledge and interest in our needs convinced us to buy on the first visit to Trilogy. Since that first visit every Shea employee we have worked with has gone above and beyond every norm of support. Emily, Brendan, Alicia have all reinforced our positive opinion of Shea.

I love the hardwood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, high ceilings, awesome view from backyard and magnificent granite oversized kitchen countertop. And lastly but most importantly how the Shea team is so professional and Reachable ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Norhtview at Stone Butte, quality is not provided! We did two walk throughs before closing and very little was fixed each time. We now have a fixer upper in our new home. I have drywall mud on many locations in my New Home? I will see how the work is done moving forward with the warranty department.

Mike & Kyle took very good care of my wife & I during the entire process.

Shea has this nailed down. The communication was on point, the way the company is structured lends itself to an overall positive buying experience and a great final product. This is my 4th Shea home and they have all been great homes.

Only slight drawback is that the homes are too close together.

Overall good quality and customer facing, but slow on follow up and responses after the sale.

This has been a frustrating experience with the builder and HOA. My master bathroom marble countertop is flawed. It was not sealed and water spots have marred the countertop. Moved in May 2021 and still waiting for this issue to be resolved by builder. Keep getting excuse of that this particular marble company is short on staff. However, the new home still up for sale, they were able to install an upgraded marble countertop in the master bathroom. Very disappointed in builder and HOA. I thought Toll Brothers was inferior. They are a cut above Shea. Rethink Shea Homes - please. You will put more money into your home once you move-in. Also, beware of ANTS. This is there territory and you they will be in your new home. Electrical errors still not fixed. Poor quality of kitchen cabinets. Not telling me the requirements to obtaining permission to have fence and yard installed

Excellent builder with a high quality product.

We love our beautiful new home. However- You cannot expect perfection and when a couple of minor issues surfaced with our new home- James our CS rep was on it. Bringing in trades ri make it right - right away. Our home is beautiful and we love it- everyone at Shea from sales to construction supervisors to customer service represent quality and responsiveness. We felt cared for and prioritized. It was a smooth process- everyone says building a house is stressful- not for us- it was fun and exciting with Shea!

I relocated to the Houston area from out of state and everyone: sales, finance, the construction manager, management, & title company are great to work with. Once we got settled in it was like family, the construction manager checked on us until we were passed to home warranty department, which is very responsive, and quickly addressed any concerns we had. Everyone that entered my home has been a pleasure to work with. I love my home, neighbors and the community pool area /playground. This has been a great experience because of the Shea Team! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely neighborhood with an easy way to meet neighbors as well as a save atmosphere. Love my home and the connectivity to Maple Valley, a lovely, vibrant town.

Sonja in Sales and Karina in field operations were fabulous every step of the way. Landscaping company was non-responsive throughout the process and product quality was lacking. Quantum for the high voltage and audio visual was very good from a sales perspective. The operations side is lacking. I’ve been here two months and still not completely operational.

Overall our experience with Shea Homes and Shea Mortgage was very positive. We are enjoying our new home very much!

Shea's approach has been very professional. They kept us well informed throughout the process. The onsite sales staff was always very helpful and answered our questions without hesitation. Finally, they worked very hard to meet their stated project timelines and our house was completed on time as committed.

This is our first home in USA and we could not ask for better!! From day 1 which is visiting the sales office our experience has been amazing. The support and professionalism shown by Shea staff stands out than any other we have heard or seen. The crew (sales, construction, mortgage etc.) have been really helpful. House is build to meet all the regulatory requirements and codes so one can sleep peacefully. I am really grateful to Shea team as even with the issues faced due to pandemic and winter storm they managed to get the house ready before estimated time. I appreciate that Shea intentionally provides support throughout the sales, design construction and settling in process. They have an excellent team, including other home owners that are attentive and caring each step of the way. It’s not just a home, it’s a community.

These people build a great home and developed a great community in Orlando. Incredible amenities in a great location. We looked at more than a hundred homes in more than a dozen communities. We've now been owners for two months and wish we'd moved earlier!

Very well insulated. They fix any errors. Building too many homes at once, workmanship suffering.

Would like to mention June and Octovia from Shea Home has been giving wonderful service. Very pleasant and easy to work with both of the individual. Octovia takes immense steps to meet the quality and customer satisfaction. Deeply disappointed with Solar installation is horrible experience, took several follow-ups to make things working.

Multiple issues from cabinets will not close due to not being adjusted. Frontdoor hardware will not work properly ,thank goodness for the garage or we be locked out or unable to lock when leaving. Two screws fell out of it first day. Still waiting. Counter top for island has 3 major circle flaws in it still waiting. Light fixture falls out of ceiling they came pushed it in ,that night fell out again n just hangs there we have 10ft ceiling so can't just hop up there. Think you get the point,oh in December when choosing our package and it HAD to be done that week I asked for a different color garbage switch which they offered. It is 1st week of August and finally they call its here. Counter dude came took the Third set of pictures of Counter still not resolved. He thinks they will pull Counter n try to buff. It won't work,in the mean.time where is my advocate from Shea , no where. First week run microwave n blows a fuse, panel had to be replaced (one switch) but new house had to wait a week. Very happy with our home , construction of home is fantastic and customer service has been fantastic as well.
