Always very helpful and responsive.

A Problem I see is not at all a problem to the builder. Here I would like to share one of the weird answer I heard. In the living room, there are gaps between flooring and wall edge trim. At some parts there is a gap and no gap at other parts. When I asked about this, I got this answer... “Those gaps help to let the air flow and settle down the walls, also advised me not to fill those gaps.” Now I feel wind blowing through the gaps and Ants are passing by.

This is a beautiful, quality-built home. Nicely designed. The design center was a fun experience. The team of community representatives at Trilogy helped us get settled in comfortably, and will be a great resource going forward.

Great experience, very happy with our home!

I was frustrated with my experience because I relied on the models to represent (at least to the extent possible) what the features I selected would look like. In a couple of instances, the expectation and delivered product (both aesthetically and workmanship) were miles apart.

I’ve lived in four new builder homes and Shea’s quality and experience has been the best! The construction, customer care and finance team have been very professional! We owe a special thanks to Tracy for her support through the tough pandemic period!

Great floor plan and use of space.

To get the lot I wanted I had to purchase a Shea Designer home. This meant I could not add any options to the home. While I understand not being able to delete anything, I fail to understand why buyers are not able to add options like an outdoor fireplace which would have increased the sales price and profit of Shea, and would have been a huge service to the buyer.

Shea homes has been a positive experience for us. Every person on Shea team has been great to work with.

Good experience with Shea Homes, quality work and great customer service!

The sales center was awesome, got the lot on the lake and the very expensive upgrades, however the thoroughness in detail to a pristine home build missed the mark with the construction workers not paying attention to detail. The pandemic brought in poor quality workers and flawed workmanship. Quite a few things were incomplete and I did not have that WOW moment when moving in. Deep cleaning wasnt done, the home was dusty, tile and flooring did not look brand new, electrical glitches still happening with the breaker, missing under cabinet lightening, missing sprinkler heads, HomePro is useless still waiting on a couple of work tickets to be scheduled for service. The Shea Home Team experience made our purchasing communications easy to follow, understand and not waste valuable time and resources.

The home buying process was good. They kept constant communication with me throughout the build. The home has many smart features that other builders don’t use so it’s nice to see that. The workmanship of the home is good, there were some areas that could have been done better. The team is working with me now to get those things fixed. Overall decent experience.

My house had very few issues. The products used were very nice and delivered using a very efficient process in spite of the COVID restrictions. I did point out to the right people an issue with the wrong door. They should have listened, I even sent an email on it but it was not corrected until after delivery, making a lot more work to correct. That was unfortunate and irritating.

The builders are very nice and professional. They were very transparent about everything. They’ll listen to your concerns and suggestions and will do their best to incorporate it in your home. I couldn’t ask for a better quality service

The builder did a good job. Just a little slow to follow up with little things to be corrected.

The sales team And engineering team was really professional and very much informed in each stage.They treated customers very well.

Beautiful home, well built, great neighbors

I really enjoyed working with Korbin, he was knowledgeable, very responsive and always on top of things. The construction was quick, but with that as usual there were some issues. Even things that were pointed out months in advance didn't get fixed before completion, and still haven't been fixed 2 months after move in even after promised within 10 days. Overall 4 out of 5!

Great customer service after the fact!

Shea allows a home buyer to work with the teams to answer questions and address issues.

I love my new home, and working with the Shea team was a great experience! They kept me informed during the building process while keeping on schedule with the date of completion. Any questions or issues have been promptly resolved, great experience!
