Trilogy at Bickford ranch has a great location on top of a hill. You get the feeling you are out in the country surrounded by open areas. We have all the amenities within a few miles. Come and look for yourself. The people are great.

Overall, our experience has been fairly positive, especially regarding the responsiveness with issues with our home after we moved in.

Cant build a home to minimum standards no matter the price point apparently, constant lies and broken promises. Just point the finger on their sub par subcontractors (and dont take the blame for not paying to get quality people) The executives for these home builders deserve jail time honestly.

Have nothing good to share. Lending department was nothing but harassment for months, several structural concerns that are being ignored, HOA that demands everything but returns nothing. Still stuck in legal mitigation over a solar lease we were forced into by Shea and told that it is our problem. Product and experience is not worth the money.

Meeting Linda and Destiny in the Shea center was a great and helpful start for the entire experience. They were patient, informative, and always available. We loved the design of the homes, the extra care given to building materials, and the quality of the home compared with the many other builders that we toured. People always talk about their "dream home" - and we feel like we finally found ours.

Shea Homes sales representatives are exceptional. They are professional and efficient. My emails and text messages are always responded within minutes. Their customer service team is super helpful as well. It ensured a smooth and pleasant purchase and move-in process. The quality and technology included in my new home are advanced. Shea Homes also provided complimentary white glove services to setup each systems. I believe this new property has great potential in value.

We recently built a Stonehaven in the Canyons. James was our Field Supervisor and Jill is our warranty specialist. James has great attention to detail and even one of the Douglas County housing inspectors told me : "this team at the Canyons builds some of the best homes I've ever seen". The fellow from CDI (a free Shea service) got all our locks, garage doors, HVAC, and light dimmers talking to one another, loaded them on our phones, and connected to Alexa. At our one month warranty check in , Jill got the 3 minor issues we had resolved quickly. We love our house, our neighbors are great and Shea is so well organized and professional. ... More

My wife and I have recently closed on a Shea Signature home in Scottsdale AZ. All of the Shea team members we have met have been spectacular. They are kind, patient, helpful and very quick to reply to a call, text or email. Throughout the entire process from the quote to the design to the follow up and visiting the site they have never let us down once. They are consummate professionals and who would gladly purchase again as well as recommend to our family and friends. As an engineer I was extremely detailed and curious about many details in the construction and the home. Since we closed I hired a plumber for some additional work such as a water filtration system in the garage for the whole house and other items. They have shared by their observation that the quality of the build and the logic of construction matters are both very up to date as well as to high standards. That was reassuring as I am not in the construction business. We love the quality fit and finish of the floors, walls, cabinets, counter tops, etc. no loose ends or sloppy work. The punch list was minor and negligible. We also received the house so spotless it was beyond expectations of clean. Built long distance - having a good project manager was key.

I waited to respond as it’s been a rocky start. I like my unit even with issues from start. I’m still waiting for them to fix Feel focus here is on the visitors and not those of us who live here. Needs increase in infrastructure stop signs at restaurant and I’m not sure what do you can’t have outsiders roaming around all night long after cafe etc locked and gated. It’s very noisy rarely quiet, too many events which at times make hard to leave or get in. Feel we as owners pay for others to have the experience with no thought how impacts those living here. Working with Shea was a great experience at every stage of the process. The buying process was straightforward. The Design process seemed like it would be overwhelming, but the professionalism of the staff made it simple. Project Management was exceptional. We loved how Shea kept us engaged throughout the construction process. Truly a first class experience.

As a real estate agent myself, I have more experience dealing with builders than a normal person. This is by far the worst experience I had. People working there are rude, inconsiderate, and negligent. The rep mistakenly refunded my deposit, which I had rewire the fund and pay for the wire and returned wire fees. During the set time of closing, I was very sick under Covid. They were not willing give me an extra day to complete the transaction and threaten me to add penalty and forfeited my deposit. After closing, there were absolutely no services at all. I could not reach anyone for questions and services. Moreover, five months passed, none of the initial concerns was addressed and I still don’t have the key to the community pool and public area access. Worst ever experience!!! No one deserves this kind of treatment when making a big investment in life. ... More

The whole home buying experience was actually pretty easy. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The bill quality of Shea Holmes borders on five stars. I gave it four stars because they were just some silly finishing mistakes that really should’ve been captured and addressed prior to us moving in. Mostly painting so it was just cosmetic touchup stuff but still at the price point they should’ve found these.

Troy, Kristine and Laura have done a great job in quickly responding to and addressing issues that arose once we moved in. Tremendous, timely response and resolution of those issues.

We built our forever retirement house starting last fall and moved in two months ago. Every representative of Shea has been very professional and responsive. Our third party home inspector said this was a very well built home. We have had no issues beyond a few minor cosmetic things and those were quickly resolved. We highly recommend Shea and Encanterra.

The quality and craftsmanship of the home are outstanding. The followi-up warranty support have been excellent.

Shea has a quality team and produces their homes on time. Selections are limited with some choices being very dated in style. Overall a good experience based on the other large builders we have been involved with.

We had a great experience with Matt in sales. He is friendly and does a great job with keeping you informed. Overall we had a good home buying experience.

My experience with Kim as the Sales Consultant and Joel, Jorge in Construction was excellent. Brandon in Customer Care was superb. I cannot say enough positive things about Shea. Their commitment to homeowners is second to none!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Shea homes. From initial meeting with Matt, the home builder Zack, and follow up with warranty rep Brandon. These guys have all been A+. I would definitely buy from them again if I were in the market.
