Overall I believe Shea builds a very good home. But my opinion There were too many issues incomplete from our walk thru. the exterior painting of the house, the service garage door, our kitchen counter top stained, too many wrong color paint on patch ups, cabinets with scratches marks that are very visible, crack in bathroom sink. I expected more of the walk thru items completed.

Excellent customer service. It felt like we were buying a house from long time friends. I wouldn't hesitate to ever buy from Shea again.

I love the design and value of Shea homes, over all I would say they are a better than average builder. Depends on which customer service representative that being assigned, responsiveness is from bad to excellent. I had good and bad experiences with them.

We truly enjoy the layout of the floorplan and the smart features of our new home.

Shea has quality construction and everything is beautifully designed. Plus They have amazing people that will take good care of you both before and after the sale. Top notch service!

All around outstanding customer service and experience buying a home with Shea Homes. As a first time home buyer, our sales representative made the whole process a smooth and pleasant experience! Would definitely purchase again with Shea Homes.

We had numerous problems during the build out and had to threaten to terminate the contract on 3 different occasions to get things done that should have never been in question. The standard response to any request is "no". Shea does a very poor job of supervising the subcontractors. Most of the subcontractors are good, but some are not so good and Shea's supervision isn't diligent enough to maintain good quality with the poorer subs. The best advice is to keep close tabs during the building process because mistakes will be made. Our home is perfect for us in every way. Our community is just as amazing as our home! And the people, from the salesperson, to our field manager, to every single trades person we met, were all professional, communicated well and followed through on every promise. You cannot do better than Shea Homes and Trilogy

Shea Homes have a great reputation as a builder, and this is one of the main reasons I purchased this home.

Shea Homes is not the faster builder, but they are a quality builder that delivers in the time promised. The workmanship that went into building our home justified the amount of time it took to build. I'll take quality over speed any day.

The sales team at Shea worked diligently and patiently with us as we tried to sell our home during COVID. Post the sales process, I could not be more pleased with the follow up, maintenance and willingness to fix the minor issues we have encountered. Overall, our Shea experience and home have met or exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend to future buyers.

Be patient all issues will be corrected in a timely manner.

Great home

The number of models and construction options made choosing hard but very satisfying, We got what we wanted. The design center was very helpful in completing our house. Even with a pandemic, Shea kept us informed throughout the construction process and met every benchmark.

Customer service is excellent. Attention to detail is thorough and highly professional. Design and technology are impeccable, modern and beautiful!

The home buying experience was professional, process driven, and yet flexible to accommodate my needs during this pandemic.

Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... More

The quality products, workmanship, and obviously the supervision makes the Shea Homes the best in their class and price point. In addition to the home, the Club, Golf Course, two great Pools, plus a lot of "green area", makes for a great place to live.

We can’t say enough about Karina and how much she helped us. That being said, I wish we had any time with the landscape folks. We didn’t. Sure, at the beginning they were there but it would have been nice to have more discussions with them along the way. We bought a 600$ maple tree for the backyard that comes with no guarantees. Lowe’s and Home Depot guarantees their plants for a year. Not happy about that. We are treating that tree better then our first born son. Shea homes has been very good to us and we are thankful for that. We are somewhat concerned about having another pool or club seeing all the new building going on. We are very happy with our new home!

Our second Shea home purchase has proved to be a disappointment. The sales and design teams are wonderful. After that, it goes drastically down hill, at least in this build site. Maybe it’s different elsewhere. 85% of our house is wonderful and exactly what we hoped it would be. The other 15% is frustrating and disappointing and problems that should have been addressed before we moved in. And now they have to be fixed after the fact. Sloppy painting, an obviously incorrectly installed linen cabinet, incomplete and rushed installation of kitchen cabinets and associated equipment, incomplete exterior painting, broken doors, stained countertops, wrong door lock which correcting left a gap in the paint, disconnected internet ports. In short, every aspect of the home had or has something wrong with it. And at this point, we don’t trust the workers to fix it properly or Shea to follow up on that work. ... More

The whole process (build to move in) has been outstanding. The Shea staff as well as the builders have provided my wife and I superb customer service and support during the last several months. We are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship that has gone into the construction of our home. We love the layout of the house, our awesome backyard view, as well as the great neighbors that live around us. Thank you Shea!
