The quality of craftsmanship of the build is hands down the best we have ever experienced! The attention to detail and quality of work is top tier! I would build 3 more homes with Shea!

I had a wonderful experience in buying my Shea home. I met with Dan and he showed me the model homes and explained the differences. I wanted no steps and was assured that there was a model with no steps. We drove around and I chose a lot based on the information Dan gave me. I had been looking for over a year before I found Trilogy. Mike sent me weekly updates once building started. The trip to Sight and Sound and the design center was wonderful. With their guidance and my budget in mind, I was able to choose communication and finishes. The bottom line I love the house. Extremely impressed with the multiple inspections done by Shea prior to our taking possession. The management at Shea did the final inspections! The top management comes out to make sure all the upgrades are completed and the quality is up to their specifications. We’re impressed! We were also kept informed throughout every level of construction during the build by our liaison Rudy. He was always available and answered all our questions. He guided us through the build and we had confidence in his experience!! He created a pleasurable experience which doesn’t always happen when building a home.it was completed in seven months which i think is very good in a post pandemic environment. Then Shea takes it to the next level after we took possession to do a check at one month and then again at five months after we took possession!! They will also do a one year warranty walk through too I’m told. They keep communications open to correct any situation that come up. Our satisfaction has been their priority from day one! We visited the area when there were barely any homes and the models had just opened and decided it was the place for us. We did the build "Long Distance" from Washington State and didn't actually see our new home until we did the walkthrough. They did a great job and have been diligent at resolving the small discrepancies that can happen at any new construction. We feel that the whole experience vastly exceeded our expectations!

The Shea Homes employees who helped us through the process were all outstanding, I can't say enough good things about them. Ramona, Donna & LeAnn in Sales, Ryan & Brandon in Construction, Julie and Marci in Design, Athea and Jessica in Warranty & Char in Mortgage. The build quality is beyond expectation, our home is beautiful, the neighborhood is exceptional - we have nothing but rave reviews about Shea Homes.

We can’t give enough praise to the Shea team for their hard work. They were helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable from opening escrow to closing. Nissrin and Ada were excellent in answering all of our questions (even the dumb ones). Chrissy’s guidance with the design helped create a unique and timeless living space, and thankfully prevented my wife, Morgan, from picking a horrendous bright-blue tile in the primary bathroom. Sometimes with all the wonderful options available, some professional guidance is necessary. My high expectations have been exceeded throughout the entire home buying experience. Alan took are of the pre-sales process flawlessly, Joel was instrumental in getting the last minute details sorted during our walkthrough prior to moving in (and just after), and Tracey ensured that our minor workmanship issues were addressed during our 30 day warranty check-in. My wife and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Shea home. After five home-buying experiences (one internationaly), this has - by far - been the best experience to date. Well done Shea.

Everything are awesome, my wife and me are very satisfied with the interior design style. I like the new equipment such as the inductive faucet switch, delay light off switch, automatic control of garages with cameras, etc,. Thank you for your professional working. One thing may need improvement The water in the swimming pool is a bit dirty, there are often flies or bugs dead body floating on the water. It would be better if you could clean up in time. Great experience, exceeded our expectations.

This is my second Shea home. My last home was built by another local builder and the quality was just not there. I chose to return to a Shea home because they pay attention to every detail during the building process, the interior design selections process and all the way to final closing. Everyone employed at Shea Homes are professional, experienced and welcoming. My home buying experience has been terrific!
