Shea has a quality team and produces their homes on time. Selections are limited with some choices being very dated in style. Overall a good experience based on the other large builders we have been involved with.

We had a great experience with Matt in sales. He is friendly and does a great job with keeping you informed. Overall we had a good home buying experience.

My experience with Kim as the Sales Consultant and Joel, Jorge in Construction was excellent. Brandon in Customer Care was superb. I cannot say enough positive things about Shea. Their commitment to homeowners is second to none!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Shea homes. From initial meeting with Matt, the home builder Zack, and follow up with warranty rep Brandon. These guys have all been A+. I would definitely buy from them again if I were in the market.

Sunnova is undergoing bankruptcy procedures and the homeowners are not being kept up to date on what is happening. We are new and have no idea when our solar system will be connected. More transparency is needed.

We now are happy with the result but did have to work out some details that at first were not being handled well. We did work everything out and love this new home now.

My wife and I purchased from Shea Homes. We looked at many homes and this was the one that stood out that we came back to after viewing others. The Shea team was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make this work out. We needed to sell another house and they worked with us around contingencies, timing, and ensuring it worked out. The follow up after move-in has been great and we are very happy in our Shea Home.

We are pleased with quality of our home for the price. We like the home layout, the desire to please client with both house walkins before closing and subsequent months after closing. Would buy from this company again

1 day after moving into our home we have had flooring issues. After nearly 3 months of dragging their feet Shea is finally repairing the issue and having to move us out of our home for 2 weeks. While they are apologizing they are offering $200 a night for room and board for a family of 5. Absolutely ridiculous. They say they are sorry but don't truly step up.This seems to be a common issue for Shea currently.

Our first day at the sales almost turned us off. When my wife asked a question, the salesperson, said, “You weren’t listening.” After this initial experience, that sales agent was friendly, helpful, and professional. Frankie, our construction manager was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept in consistent contact with us. Theresa, our warranty representative, has been professional and timely service so far.

Sales office was fantastic. My review would have been much better however, the poor quality control of flooring company that Shea contracts with (Primera) and the unwillingness to correct the issues properly lead me to give the poor review. I am very disappointed that Shea isn’t taking ownership of the issue and making their subcontractors fix correctly and in a timely manner. My next step is to report to AZ ROC if this isn’t remedied soon.

Design is not good for the kitchen, the cabinets are too low. It makes the work zone is useless

Overall experience was good and we are happy either way our home and especially the lot .

The builder,Joey and the warranty person, Brandon have been easy to work with. I am still waiting on the mail boxes to be installed to save me a trip to the Conroe Post Office.

Experience overall was very good. Sales staff was exceptional to work with. Superintendent of construction and associate were both extremely helpful and showed great attention to detail throughout the build process. Worked with Shea Mortgage and staff was also great to work with. We’re very much enjoying our new home. Only minimal items found during first 30 days of occupancy, but response to addressing a couple of items has been slow. Otherwise, I can’t say enough positive things in regard to our experience to date.

I had a very smooth purchase experience especially for my first time. Sales counselor Matt and construction manager Jorge, took such great care of me. I love my house!

Everything was transparent. Models were so helpful to visualize the right floor plan choice for us. There were upgrades in the models that were not available however at the design center. Just be aware. Upon moving in there were some issues (as expected) with a new home but they were addressed quicky by Sanel our warranty specialist.

My wife and I had almost got sucked into a very poor build quality home in the black diamond area by a different builder. Fortunately for us, their inept finance team took long enough for us to miss a closing, and realize that multiple issues with the home would never be addressed. A walk-through with a sign off on things yet to be done and extremely poor quality issues not addressed like tile work that looked like it was done by an amateur. These guys are the real deal, are exactly what they say they are and nothing more- good people and quality home.

The environment is comfortable and quiet, the property staff is competent, and the neighbors are friendly and harmonious.

As new residents to Colorado, we stumbled upon the Lyricas we were transitioning from leasing to purchasing. Ideal location, spacious home, good workmanship. We made a great choice.
