The process of building a home can be very stressful and overwhelming but the folks at Shea homes made my experience very smooth. From the sales team (Catherine) to the construction team (Jorge), every single aspect of buying from Shea homes was great. Even after closing, the construction manager (Jorge) continues to check in with me on any issues or questions I have.

The Shea home building experience was really good..On the construction side Josh, Matt and Jorge were excellent and on the sales side Catherine was great too. The building process is fun and stressful all at the same time. After the sale the Shea people have a 1,5 and 11 month warranty walk through and Brandon takes care fall issues that were missed prior to closing, just as it should be, service after the sale how refreshing in this world we live in today.

Builder delivered a quality built home, and quickly jumped hurdles to eliminate delays on completion. We were in our home before July 4th which was amazing and greatly appreciated! Sales was very responsive throughout the entire process … all the way to closing day!

Everything that Chuck said was pretty accurate, and he gave his professional opinion on what he thought was best for us, meaning picking out good products ( color, design, and others layouts. He made it simple and easy for us during the building process and kept us up to speed on what was going on. He responded to any of our concerns in a timely fashion. We’ve been moved in for 2 months and everything seems to be up to our expectations. Shea homes have kept in communication with us starting from when the home was being built to now. and they’re quick to resolve any issues within a very reasonable time, which haven’t been many or major . We had an outstanding experience with Shea. As one of Shea's first buyers in The Groves, they took care of us from start to finish. Alan did a great job of walking us through the buying process to get started and was available every step of the way. Joel went above and beyond through our construction process and stayed on top of all the details to make sure we were satisfied with every item during construction (and if we weren't, to make sure it was fixed). Then, Alexis has already been out for our first quality visit and is making sure we are happy in our new home and helping us through a few minor issues. Shea Homes has definitely been our best experience with a new builder. They offer a lot of checkpoints through the process and make concerted efforts to address outstanding items in a timely manner. The handoff process was also exemplary. Joel left us the full "instruction manual" for our new home and they have QR codes you can scan with your phone to take you to online guides for appliances, etc. We would not hesitate to buy another Shea home in the future. When I started looking to buy a home I looked at all homebuilders in the Houston metro area. When I came across Shea homes I really liked the floor plans, and they had some upgrade options that I have never seen with other homebuilders. I had never heard of Shea homes before, so I did some research online and saw that they had good reviews. I came to see the model homes in person and fell in love with one specifically. At that time the lots were not released yet for pre-sales, but I spoke to the Sales Rep. David and he kept me updated on when we could buy. The building process took about 5 1/2 months and David, Josh, and Jason kept us updated along the way. They are very friendly, respond quickly, and always addressed any concerns we had. I love the hardwood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, high ceilings, awesome view from backyard and magnificent granite oversized kitchen countertop. And lastly but most importantly how the Shea team is so professional and Reachable ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The process with Shea homes has been excellent. The loan department made sure that our loan was processed smoothly and professionally. During the construction, they kept us informed with numerous phone calls to update us on the status of the home. After the move-in, they consistently communicated with us. We moved in during the early phase of the construction. It turned out to be a good investment and the subdivision layout is extremely nice. We have been incredibly pleased doing business with Shea homes.

I want to say that getting a shea home was the best thing when it comes to getting a new home. From the beginning to the end I can not say enough how much I love my home and the service that shea home provides. This is my first home and I have to say this is the home to have for the rest of your life.
