Shea was an extremely smooth building to buy from, the sales office was great, the title company and closing departments were top notch.

They are very responsable. Aways very receptive to fix any detail in the house. Easy to communicate with.

David was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase and closing. Richard did a great job managing the build. Brandon has been very responsive to warranty issues and any of our other concerns. Great experience. The only reason why I dinged the quality of workmanship is because I do think they did a poor job finishing our driveway. It looks like a hurried and inconsistent finish which can happen when subs have multiple pours in a day. Again, everyone at Shea that we have dealt with has been a pleasurable experience. Very good communication and pleasant throughout

I relocated to the Houston area from out of state and everyone: sales, finance, the construction manager, management, & title company are great to work with. Once we got settled in it was like family, the construction manager checked on us until we were passed to home warranty department, which is very responsive, and quickly addressed any concerns we had. Everyone that entered my home has been a pleasure to work with. I love my home, neighbors and the community pool area /playground. This has been a great experience because of the Shea Team! You won't be disappointed.

I am a first time home buyer and the thought of building a home with all the decisions was frightening experience, so I thought. The team at Shea Homes gave me something more valuable than a home. They gave my wife and I piece of mind throughout the entire home buying experience. From home financing, closing and warranty period. Shea Sales, mortgage, construction and Customer Service all worked as a unified team that made the buying experience exciting, fun, with confidence and yes most of all piece of mind that all the details were being taken care of by Shea. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The quality of the home I purchased has been good. There has been some small items that you would expect needed attention but Shea fixes things quickly and it's done right. We have received so many compliments on our new home both exterior and interior. There are two areas I wish Shea would improve on and that is following up with HomePro for the Shea Connect and Wiesenbaker for the design. I felt very confused during this part of the home building process. Meaning, it was difficult to understand the responsibilities between HomePro and Shea when it came to setup and installation and the design process is lacking a true designer that is innovative. The designer we had just gave us basic standard choices and provided very little advice to implement our vision. I think Shea should look at improving the process at the design center. Overall, I am very satisfied and pleased the way my new home was built and how it turned out. If you are looking for a quality builder that does things right, and on-time with quality and great customer service, then Shea is the builder for you. The builders are very nice and professional. They were very transparent about everything. They’ll listen to your concerns and suggestions and will do their best to incorporate it in your home. I couldn’t ask for a better quality service

The entire experience has been amazing!

The Shea group has been extremely helpful throughout the buying process. We moved from the DFW area and were not able to make it to Spring that often to see our home being built. The Shea group kept us informed throughout the building process and even sent us pictures of our home throughout the process. The craftsmanship of our home is excellent. I have lived in our new home for about 2 months and I still pick up the phone and call the Shea group anytime I have questions and they are always very helpful. I would highly recommend Shea homes to anyone.

Shea Homes is not the faster builder, but they are a quality builder that delivers in the time promised. The workmanship that went into building our home justified the amount of time it took to build. I'll take quality over speed any day.

Our experience with Shae Homes has been very positive from the moment we walked into the sales office the first time. The sales executive has been an absolute pleasure to work with along with the construction manager. They both were always available to answer our questions and addressed all our concerns satisfactorily. They were always very honest with us when it came to the building process and schedule. During the warrenty period the are also very responsive and has been addressing any warranty issues, which are very few, promptly. The warrenty manager has also been very attentive and communicates well. Love at 1st site. The Shea home that I recently purchased had all of the features that I wanted from the hardwood floors to the patio area. My sales person Jane was easy to work with and had answers to all of my questions. Jeremy the building supervisor knowledgeable and easy to work with. Buying this house has been a totally positive experience.

The builder was very thorough and encouraged me to report any deficiencies. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my home!
