The entire experience has been amazing!

Our sales person has been great, even throughout the pandemic/hurricanes/snow storms, she has stayed in touch with us. Throughout the build on the other hand there were several issues that were addressed but had they been done when first notified issues would have gone smoother. There is still items that have not been resolved since the walk through. Electrical items and lighting that was selected from the beginning, were forgotten and had to be installed later with more cut outs done to drywall. Other issues like; •Sprinklers system had a leak. •Double garage door is having issues. •Doors to backyard, handles are coming off. •Have found several areas where grout is missing in tiles. •The seal around main bathroom tub has cracks all around. ... Take your business elsewhere. Shea built us a subpar home that is not worth the premium pricing they asked for. There was very little receptiveness to criticism from us pointing out even the most obvious of issues. Ask to meet and talk to the construction manager before deciding to sign the contract.

Great quality of work and very quick response to respond to any issues

The Shea group has been extremely helpful throughout the buying process. We moved from the DFW area and were not able to make it to Spring that often to see our home being built. The Shea group kept us informed throughout the building process and even sent us pictures of our home throughout the process. The craftsmanship of our home is excellent. I have lived in our new home for about 2 months and I still pick up the phone and call the Shea group anytime I have questions and they are always very helpful. I would highly recommend Shea homes to anyone.

We ultimately love our house. We built a plan that had some updates- however, those updates were specifically reviewed with us.

Shea Homes is not the faster builder, but they are a quality builder that delivers in the time promised. The workmanship that went into building our home justified the amount of time it took to build. I'll take quality over speed any day.

I did my research and looked at many home builders. This by far is the best and most affordable new homes you can buy. The process was easy and the people are amazing.
