Our home was attractive and energy efficient, and best of all, Signature provided excellent customer service. We found only a few things on our walk through, which they fixed before we moved in. Then, they came back after we had moved in, to touch up any paint that WE may have damaged during the move.

Who would not want to just be so close to the bay trails, to the views of Oakland and the city of San Francisco? You can walk out there for hours and watch the boats coming into the marina.
