Not only did we choose a beautiful community but are fortunate to have Tresidio be our builder of choice. We built the Birkdale model, which for us needed minimal changes or additions. It's a fantastic, functional floor plan for our family and we couldn't be happier. I believe Tresidio took my vision and executed it perfectly.

Choosing Tresidio Homes was the best decision we made (other than moving to Idaho). From the beginning the sales staff was great to deal with. They were one of the only builders in the area who openly proved they were willing to make accessibility modifications in our new home for our disabled daughter. They showed their honesty in correcting a pricing mistake in our favor at the time of signing. Their designer showroom was fantastic.
