I can’t say enough about Mark our superintendent, Mark. He was responsive to any items that need adjusted when one purchases a new construction home. One concern I did have was the lack of knowledge apparent in the sales staff when came to what was included in the finished product. For example we were told the HVAC was a Lennox product which wasn’t the case as well as some of the amenities shown in the brochure. Overall we are very pleased.

The whole process went very satisfactory The representative helping me buy the house was wonderful The construction manager was fantastic, he went over the whole house explaining everything The warranty manager and crew have taken care of everything we have asked for in a timely manner
