Buying our Village Builder home felt very streamlined because most of the design decisions and upgrades were already bundled in through Lennar’s Everything’s Included–style approach, so we didn’t have to nickel‑and‑dime every feature. The process from selecting the floor plan to closing stayed relatively simple, with in‑house mortgage options and coordinated closing support that kept paperwork and timing under control.
