Everything is good. Except We feel the value for our home price is high, comparing to what our neighbors home value was sold.

Great experience buying a great house! Easy!

Little things missed or taken for use on another house involve consistent and constant reminders until run out of time. And everything has to go through an on line manner. Personal contact is never enough

Overall this was a very good experience. We had a P.M. change about midway through the process so there was a transition period, but the second one was far more responsive than the previous one.

This builder village or lennar does not have ethics. They doesn’t respect their own properties when building around. Once they sold the house they don’t care about that property, very rude customer warranty department. When an issue arises it’s like a bouncing ball, like bureaucratic issue, pushing on each other rather then focusing to resolve the customer issue. Poor quality construction for the price paid. I built customer home in the past with the same price of high quality.

Responses to the files issues is very poor. They take long long time and needs many follow up. If I leave it to them to get it done, it will be put under the carpet. But the task is taken, they do a clean job

Experience was great as a first time new home build buyer.

Let me start by saying we love the design and floor plan of our home. We are extremely happy with the home as far as it meeting our needs. However, it is highly apparent that the emphasis during construction is speed and not accuracy. While on vacation over the summer our breaker panel went out resulting in a complete loss in home power. The entire breaker panel and refrigerator had to be replaced because of this issue. Multiple small plumbing leaks We are missing one of the decorative box beams in the dining room. We have asked about resolution to this issue but have not received a response in a month. Leaking Master Bedroom sink and toilet- still waiting to be resolved Drainage issues- our side yard remains consistently wet. As I mentioned above, we love our home. Mike Ralls is great. There are some issues we are having with our garage and back porch foundation but Mike is very responsive and accommodating. I have no doubts these issues will get resolved without a temporary fix. I am meeting with him this week to discuss.

Great house!

Easy process, from start to finish. VB did what they promised and delivered a “finished” product!

We have had a horrible time with getting work done by our project manager ever since we finished our initial 60 day survey. He no longer responds to text or phone call, so we have been left with unfinished work. We are Very disappointed with Lennar, we do not ever plan on purchasing a Lennar home again in the future.

Village builder workmanship is in general better than its pears.

We had a very positive buying experience and really was impressed by the building team. Issues that came up after we moved in were resolved quickly and professionally. We have had nothing but positive experiences working with Village Builders. Highly recommend!

When it comes to responding the issues they are very efficient.

The best buying and service experience I have had while home buying. Not sure how it could be better.

I loved my new home, it is very gorgeous and built with exquisite materials. The kitchen cabinet and masters bedroom room closet is very unique and beautiful and can't be compared with other builders. I loved village builders and strongly recommend them to my friends and other buyers out there.

Poor issue resolution

Very nice home. Placement of some of the appliances are inconvenient for my 5’2” inch wife. Doors and trim could have used another coat of paint. On the plus side, Roger Wolsey has been excellent. I’d give him 5 stars.

Sloppy building techniques and little to no control over contractors

I love my new home, just a few design wishes I think should have been incorporated for the Ellsworth model. A mud build in at the garage entrance. There is a lot of space under the stairs and a built in there would be more utilized and practical for a family in such a large home. Secondly a linen closet up stairs near the two additional bed rooms. Once again, this house is too large just to have one linen closet in the whole house down stairs in the master. This was not thought through well for a family living situation. Other than that the home is nice.

Everyone we encountered during the home buying process made my wife and I feel at ease. They promptly answered all our questions and handled any issues we had quickly and professionally. I’d absolutely buy from Village Builders again.

The house we purchased is well designed and meets our empty nest requirements with room to accommodate children, grand children and out of town guests. The neighborhood is also well planned and has an optimal lot size. The house is well optioned and very comfortable. It is now august and the house remains very comfortable with little A/C run time due to high ceilings and excellent insulation. There is little to complain about and would be nit picking. The whole purchase process; pre and final walk through and closing were done in a very easy, professional and comfortable atmosphere.
