We absolutely love our new home. We especially want to recognize Brian, our Construction Manager. He has gone above and beyond with helping us with issues that have arisen with our new home. We give him 5++ stars. He is professional, and always gets things done as promised!! Fantastic manager!!

I was hooked at the entrance, then the front door, next the hardwood floors, let us not forget the added brickwork around the cook top with windows galore. I love it.

We have been in our new home for 5 months now and couldn't be happier with the quality, design and service that Village Builders provided.

We moved into this house 5 months back. It was a spec home and we liked the design a lot which gives a very lavish feel. Village builder being premium segment of lennar builder has lot of features by default that would otherwise come as an upgrade in lennar built homes. Price is more than what you'd pay for regular lennar home but with the upgraded design and all the features its right on point. we've had couple of maintenance calls(under 1 year warranty) in last 5 months which were addressed very nicely. So overall we like the house till now and hope the same for future.
