Everyone we encountered during the home buying process made my wife and I feel at ease. They promptly answered all our questions and handled any issues we had quickly and professionally. I’d absolutely buy from Village Builders again.

The house we purchased is well designed and meets our empty nest requirements with room to accommodate children, grand children and out of town guests. The neighborhood is also well planned and has an optimal lot size. The house is well optioned and very comfortable. It is now august and the house remains very comfortable with little A/C run time due to high ceilings and excellent insulation. There is little to complain about and would be nit picking. The process with Village Builders is very comprehensive so there is very little left to chance from the design center through the construction process. A very professional process which covers every aspect of the house.

From our first step in a Village Builders model to the first step in our new home, we felt part of a team or a family rather than a customer. Although individual decisions needed to be made, Village Builders experts were there every step of the way. Our time with Village Builders was nothing short of extreme professionalism which resulted in a pleasurable and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Village Builders!

The process wasn’t difficult. Lennar is very thorough in its handling of documents and ensuring that the home you are looking to purchase fits your requirements to afford it. Staff is very friendly, but professional, questions answered quickly and no time wasted. The over experience was a pleasant one. I encourage others to consider Lennar homes.

Miss. Cindy Ly did a great job, she show me different models prices and areas, she was in contact with me during all the process and after the process she was in contact with me to guide me and make sure I have all the services to enjoy my new home she is such a professional person.

Really great overall experience. The home is beautiful. Communication during the process was a bit challenging at times, but overall still good. Quality seems great. A little concerned about how easy my new hardwood floors seem to get scratched or marked up, even with great care taken. They should consider a harder poly coating or more layers.

Great/timely communication from all folks involved in the homebuying process and a high quality of craftsmanship. When there have been issues, the builder is quick to respond/address.

While exploring options for our new home we had multiple options to choose from and also took feedback from our friends living in Alina and owning Wentworth series from Village/Lennar. Overall the experience was good. We did had major hiccups with the clearance with the lot we received, delays and change in lot, but I must give it to the sales rep John M. for finding the alternate solutions with the developer, that is customer service right there for us. During construction phase generally the Construction Manager Antony was supportive and provided the right visibility and explanation on why's and how's. We are hoping quality of overall finish will continue to be good and this house will holdup safe and sound for long. There are we be some warranty items/issues, and we are confident they will be resolved/fixed during the warranty period. A great team to work with from day one!

Village Builders has built a home we love and with high quality. Of course, there's no such thing as perfection, and we didn't expect every little detail to be superb, but the overall quality and completeness of our home is awesome. We love where we live and get lots of compliments on our home, inside and out. It's important if you're buying new construction to know what you get and don't get, and to be prepared to add the upgrades you need to complete your home yourself or else you may feel disappointed (e.g. curtains and other finishing touches that you will personalize your home with).

Great communication through the build process and great follow up with any issues.

We are very pleased with the Renaissance series home built by Village Builders. The home is truly beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
