I bought this home remotely, from another state. The builder’s rep was very helpful for me to make a decision. Fortunately, I have relatives who could do the walk through. Only one issue was found, and that was taken care of quickly. I was allowed an extra walk through before closing, which was appreciated. I love the extras that were included. The appliances are good quality. However, since I paid cash, there’s a lot it needed to find out regarding utilities, HOA, and taxes. More help would be appreciated.

Love the models of the homes. But wished they wouldn’t cover cracks or small messed ups with paint.

The home buying experience was stressful but well worth it. My family and I are enjoying the home ownership experience in our beautiful home.

The overall process was quite smooth. Everyone we had worked with were polite and quick to respond to our questions. As first time homebuyers, they made sure we understood each step of the process and were happy with how the home was looking. IF we ever build again, I’d work with them in the future.

Satisfied with my new home

I really love my home, it fits my personality and my lifestyle. There are only four (4) draw backs that prevents me from giving 5 stars. 1. None of the windows in the living room, kitchen areas can be opened to allow fresh air to come in, there are (5) useless windows. 2. The attic fold down stairs when extend to go into the attic lays right next to the open where you look down from the second floor. This is concerning to me because, if you slip and fall off the attic steps/stair you can fall over this overlook spot down to the first floor. 3. (Not as important as 1 & 2) I don't have a soaking tub in the master. I would gladly given up that closet next to the shower for room for a tub and shower. 4. There is a through-way from the closet to the laundry, there is only one light switch. If you come through the laundry area you have to walk through the closet to turn the light on. It's okay if If you walk through the master bathroom to the laundry room because the light switch is in the master bath. I had a great experience with the sales and operations staff. It was the title company that caused the problem. It was a cash sale and Lennar had my funds for two days before closing. At 7:00 p.m. the night before I get a call from a person at the title co. that says I need a letter since a man named Edward Jones sent the funds. I asked if she was kidding. If I did not get the letter I could not close. I was furious. They wait until 7: 00 p.m. on the night before a 9:00 a.m. close to tell me this. Sorry service and less than intelligent person handling the paperwork. This process is stressful enough and then dealing with your incompetent staff just makes things worse. Shame on you. ... More

The sales person was quite responsive and helped us in the buying process. The entire team was good and helpful. House finishing is good. Overall, I’m happy with my decision

I would recommend village builders with your dream home they will make it to a realty and I promise you gonna love it like we do I really appreciate they use high quality materials from floor to the roof will last a lifetime this kind of home can pass to generation to generation design will never go out dated

Good service, some overlooked details but overall good experience.

Good experience, builder went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

While there were some issues that were found post closing, the warranty manager was able to resolve them in a reasonable amount of time. During constriction the construction manager was pro active in solving issues that arose.

Good builder with nice homes.

The process felt rushed from start to finish. Upon hiring a home inspector it was discovered that there were a number of obvious defects in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Overall the home is beautiful and the materials used increase the value of the home.

In today's age, it seems builders are throwing houses up at a rapid pace and many times they miss things. Make sure you are thorough in your walkthrough including the outside and yard/landscape.

I would buy all over again.

Some of the contractors they chose are of low quality. The carpet guy for my home was not up to standard.

There is a mix experience on the process. it depends on the seller POC and Broker POC.

The buying process was easy. Certain things about money and costs were wrong and off. Tons of little things wrong with the house. Paint has drips all over the house, like the painters were rushed. Cabinets and marks, scratches, dents, and gouges. Its been almost 5 weeks and still waiting on parts to be replaced. Addict was dirty and units were covered it dirt and dust, I requested that it all be cleaned and it wasn't. Big take aways is poor paint work and cabinets not ready. Big things have been great, but attention to detail to the little things was overlooked.

My experience has be alright due to some issues that I started having with my home it hasn’t been the best but we are working on getting them fixed

In general, the house we bought is good. However, I think it is missing some details that could make it even better, such as: the Gutters around the house were not installed, the drainage of the patio is not entirely good due to the inadequate slopes, the vinyl floor was left with stains that are very difficult to remove, inadequate splices in some vinyl floor sheets, some doors are not well leveled and do not close properly, some appliances have malfunctioned, etc.

Nothing to say other than the lowest grade of Sherwin Williams paint was used. Not sure where else corners were cut.

All people we worked with showed real concern and interest in our being happy with our purchase. Laura responded honestly and professionally to our requests. Maina (sp? sorry) was VERY good with making sure we were pleased with the outcome of the home. Caesar, was super nice and I believe tried to help as much as possible. Everything UP TO the final walk was awesome. Then, we sign the papers, and make the payment and the house was a mess when we moved in. The tile person did not repair as expected and left a lot of dirt on the walls and did poor work with the repairs. I can not believe that this could have been as bad as it was. Really disappointed with that. The house in general was dirty. Windows, floor, carpet all dirty. Then the painter, that came in fixed the issues, but left spots all over the floor where he was working. In every spot. I wish that this part of the sale went as well and it really makes me concerned about pulling the workers back into my house as I don't want other issues. Caesar was very professional and helpful, but unfortunately, sometimes your contractors can really snowball that great service. I do love our home, but at any price point in a home, I really wished that the final part of the process was shown some pride in workmanship I am hopeful that there is a turnaround of our views after we have warranty work done. Quality was average with the materials and the finish The customer service has been excellent so far especially with Derek who was very helpful resolving our issues reported It’s a bit pricey with the current market status and demand. Overall we are happy with the purchase of our new home with village builders/lennar
