Lovely experience with sales and finance team

I loved my new home, it is very gorgeous and built with exquisite materials. The kitchen cabinet and masters bedroom room closet is very unique and beautiful and can't be compared with other builders. I loved village builders and strongly recommend them to my friends and other buyers out there.

We are very pleased with our purchase. Our builder was exceptional and the warranty team is very prompt and courteous. Our home is beautiful and the community and landscaping is wonderful. The residents are welcoming and the community events are outstanding. The Grand Prairie is the place to be.

Response by service to make repairs is quick

The person who we delt with mostly (Sheryl) was very helpful to us that helped the whole process kind of easy even though there was a slight delay.

We've been in our home for nearly 6 months and so far everyone has been very responsive to any general questions we've had and the few (minor) warranty issues that have arisen. The person responsible for coordinating warranty repairs is quick to respond, follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the corrective action taken, and always seems genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, our Salesperson and the Construction Supervisor also touch base periodically to "see how things are going?".

Great experience buying a great house! Easy!

I love my new home, just a few design wishes I think should have been incorporated for the Ellsworth model. A mud build in at the garage entrance. There is a lot of space under the stairs and a built in there would be more utilized and practical for a family in such a large home. Secondly a linen closet up stairs near the two additional bed rooms. Once again, this house is too large just to have one linen closet in the whole house down stairs in the master. This was not thought through well for a family living situation. Other than that the home is nice.

The experience was not terrible at all and I would recommend village builders. Keith my sales rep was really great and responsive. When it came time to do my walk thrus and addressing concerns around the home (some was just due to lack of caring) and bringing up my concerns to Daniel, he was defensive and had an excuse for everything. I spoke to several other new home buyers who all had the same experience with him as well. With one concern he asked me “is this really important to you?”. I didn’t appreciate the way he handled our concerns. At the end of the day, it all got done but once we moved in we could see his team cut corners a lot and there were still a lot of issues. The home buying experience was great . I just got some misleading information about my house .

I love the neighborhood the area is very clean and it’s very calm

The experience was very good!

With a late start and the pandemic, still were able to get us into our beautiful home in a reasonable timeline.

Our salesperson and service coordinator were/are excellent. The main problem with the house is the landscape design, in particular the irrigation system design. Zones should never include grass and plants as the watering requirements are very different for each. I have spent a lot of time, effort and money replacing shrubs while trying to get the watering balance correct. We're very disappointed in this area of the home particularly because the rest of the home shows nicely.
