Ever since I had moved in, I have had issues with the drainage and the grading of the lot. I have communicated this issue with the warranty representative and the warranty representative manager. They only address this issue by putting a band aid on it and not fixing the problem. The project manager installed a retention wall that does not extend all the way down the side of the backyard like it is designed to do. When I asked why it was not done properly, the response was “I don’t know”. I then inquired on getting the wall done properly I was told no! They will not do that. Their only response to the issue was more drains. There are more issues involved, however I will not be long winded about it on this platform. I’m saving that for my attorney. I’m not a satisfied customer and I will NOT recommend Village Builders to anyone. I feel like once village Builder got their money they are done with me. Was a smooth experience and quality build

Village builders construction is great. Buying a great home in the middle of the city is a great experience and worth every penny. Sales person is job centric and doesn't get attached to customer. Support is good. You do get response and fixes. Living here, we didn't have any complaints and been a happy family

I love the neighborhood the area is very clean and it’s very calm

Overall, the quality of workmanship left a lot to be desired. We were very disappointed in the quality and are still having to have things repaired that should’ve been fixed in the initial walk through.

Poor quality workmanship. Seems like no one cares about doing quality work or attention to detail. They just slap it together and don't even try to make sure it's done properly. Basically, they hope you don't notice the poor quality and multitude of mistakes at the walk through so you will just sign off on it. White hinges-not sure if the lazy painters just painted over them but that's not what we paid for. Whoever installs the doors is incompetent. Not one door in the house is hung properly. Nearly every hinge was not morticed properly. Looks like a 10 year old did it. Well, many things in the house look like unskilled labor did it. And be careful about asking them to come fix something they did wrong in the first place because there is a good likelihood that they will not do a good job or end up making things worse. So I am to the point that if I can do it myself, even though it's a warranty item, I will choose not to call them and do it on my own. We overall had a great experience. Loved working work John and Stephen. We loved selections on the interior design. Loved working with Brent and Jaamal. Some items needed to be fixed but we put in a ticket and it's literally fixed the next day or someone gets on it the same day.

Builder will ask you to close even Unfinished home. And later we have to run behind them to make the work done. And warranty team response is almost zero. They come visit and goes away. Never fixes the problem.

I always had a fear that I won’t get the house. Once I got the house many things are not wee done for the price I paid for the house. I find deficiencies every day.

My home buying experience was great. The later process of the contractor coming to correct issues in the home has been horrible. The liaison that are in charge of scheduling, have not been consistent with making sure that the jobs are completed are done properly. There are still areas where contractors have replaced framing on a door, and the painters, which were scheduled to following the framing process have yet to show up. We should be enjoying the home but, the is has been a lack luster experience thus far. Not pleased with this process at all!!!

As much as we loved the neighborhood and floor plan, quality is 0 compared to other houses we built. constant problems that couldn't be fixed from 2+ attempts, just terrible quality and 3rd class craftsmanship, but they will call you 100 times to ask you how was it...waste of money

Village Builders is supposed to be the luxury division of Lennar, but it just didn't live up to the expectations of a luxury builder. As we got the keys, we came to the front door to find two old dirty, wet pieces of carpet on the porch which i had to remove to get in the house. We found out the uncomfortable way a few days later that the dehumidifier wasn't plugged in up in the attic, the breakers for both A/C units were turned off so those didn't work until I started to try and figure out why the house wasn't cooling. Their spec sheet boasts nickel door hardware, but I guess hinges aren't considered door hardware which I would expect from a "luxury" builder. There was nickel door knobs, door stops and lighting, but the fixtures in the bathrooms were just the usual chrome used by every other builder, so, not very luxury. They are pretty responsive for anything thst needs attention however. I had several service requests which were taken care of easily. The fact thry put in nice tile throughout the home was very nice and the crown molding in all the main part of the home is also nice. Overall we really like the home, but when you sell yourself as the "Luxury Division " of the builder, there are heightened expectations especially since we have purchased a Lennar home before in another state and just expected a next level experience. ... The team was easy to work with, the pricing and size of our home was what we needed in our retirement years. The team responded in a timely manner to any small problems that came up. The tradesmen were good at the jobs they did along each step in building our home.

The overall buying experience was not very good. The quality of the home was really lacking in many areas. It seems like no one takes pride in their workmanship. The closing process was a big problem and both the title company and mortgage company do not work together very well.

Really great overall experience. The home is beautiful. Communication during the process was a bit challenging at times, but overall still good. Quality seems great. A little concerned about how easy my new hardwood floors seem to get scratched or marked up, even with great care taken. They should consider a harder poly coating or more layers.

The experience with Brian & Village Builders was amazing. Very thorough - great meetings going over the house in the lead up the purchase. He also followed up after the sale.

Village builders builds a nice home, but not a great home. Quality of contractors working on home was sub-par. Many issues with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tile work, roofing, finishing work.

Quality was average with the materials and the finish The customer service has been excellent so far especially with Derek who was very helpful resolving our issues reported It’s a bit pricey with the current market status and demand. Overall we are happy with the purchase of our new home with village builders/lennar

My overall experience with Village Builders has been great from the beginning to now. I am really enjoying my home and all it’s perks inside-out. Everyone I have worked with has made my home buying experience to be truly rewarding.

Good experience, builder went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

While there were some issues that were found post closing, the warranty manager was able to resolve them in a reasonable amount of time. During constriction the construction manager was pro active in solving issues that arose.

The quality and service provided from the entire team was fantastic! And the experience in every aspect of the process was smoothly, they answer all your questions and do what they say. The responsiveness for every concern is very efficient and any issue is addressed in a timely manner. Great service for home buying.

It was a bumpy road, not because of delays (expected) but because poor workmanship that had to be either accepted or resolved after closing. Items that were supposed to be remedied before closing were not and are still being fixed. Communication during the build was also spotty, which only added unnecessary angst to an already stressful project.
