Overall this was a very good experience. We had a P.M. change about midway through the process so there was a transition period, but the second one was far more responsive than the previous one.

Responses to the files issues is very poor. They take long long time and needs many follow up. If I leave it to them to get it done, it will be put under the carpet. But the task is taken, they do a clean job

We feel we got good value for the price. We got good response from our construction rep until it was time for a switch over to a longer term rep, then he was unavailable and didn't return our calls ( not even to say contact another person). Most all problems and concerns were corrected.

I think it was probably because i was not incountry

Love the models of the homes. But wished they wouldn’t cover cracks or small messed ups with paint.

The sales person was quite responsive and helped us in the buying process. The entire team was good and helpful. House finishing is good. Overall, I’m happy with my decision

I would recommend village builders with your dream home they will make it to a realty and I promise you gonna love it like we do I really appreciate they use high quality materials from floor to the roof will last a lifetime this kind of home can pass to generation to generation design will never go out dated

Good service, some overlooked details but overall good experience.

In today's age, it seems builders are throwing houses up at a rapid pace and many times they miss things. Make sure you are thorough in your walkthrough including the outside and yard/landscape.

Some of the contractors they chose are of low quality. The carpet guy for my home was not up to standard.

Everything is good. Except We feel the value for our home price is high, comparing to what our neighbors home value was sold.

Very nice home. Placement of some of the appliances are inconvenient for my 5’2” inch wife. Doors and trim could have used another coat of paint. On the plus side, Roger Wolsey has been excellent. I’d give him 5 stars.

The buying process was easy. Certain things about money and costs were wrong and off. Tons of little things wrong with the house. Paint has drips all over the house, like the painters were rushed. Cabinets and marks, scratches, dents, and gouges. Its been almost 5 weeks and still waiting on parts to be replaced. Addict was dirty and units were covered it dirt and dust, I requested that it all be cleaned and it wasn't. Big take aways is poor paint work and cabinets not ready. Big things have been great, but attention to detail to the little things was overlooked.

Quality was average with the materials and the finish The customer service has been excellent so far especially with Derek who was very helpful resolving our issues reported It’s a bit pricey with the current market status and demand. Overall we are happy with the purchase of our new home with village builders/lennar

I'm happy that they built my house.They responds to issues on time.Material used are good and the purchased price worth it with the location built on.I will recommend them.for other people.The Loan officer that closed for me is well mannered..Thank you once again...

The experience had it's ups and downs as you would expect when building a home from start to finish, but over all the experience was good. The workmanship is okay, but the quality of the materials in some areas seems lacking for an expensive home (e.g. cheap paint, sink disposer) - things you don't really notice until you're in the house for a little while. We love our new home and would build with VB again. The trades are a bit careless and that's where you have to really stay on top of things.

Village builder workmanship is in general better than its pears.

In general, the house we bought is good. However, I think it is missing some details that could make it even better, such as: the Gutters around the house were not installed, the drainage of the patio is not entirely good due to the inadequate slopes, the vinyl floor was left with stains that are very difficult to remove, inadequate splices in some vinyl floor sheets, some doors are not well leveled and do not close properly, some appliances have malfunctioned, etc.

All people we worked with showed real concern and interest in our being happy with our purchase. Laura responded honestly and professionally to our requests. Maina (sp? sorry) was VERY good with making sure we were pleased with the outcome of the home. Caesar, was super nice and I believe tried to help as much as possible. Everything UP TO the final walk was awesome. Then, we sign the papers, and make the payment and the house was a mess when we moved in. The tile person did not repair as expected and left a lot of dirt on the walls and did poor work with the repairs. I can not believe that this could have been as bad as it was. Really disappointed with that. The house in general was dirty. Windows, floor, carpet all dirty. Then the painter, that came in fixed the issues, but left spots all over the floor where he was working. In every spot. I wish that this part of the sale went as well and it really makes me concerned about pulling the workers back into my house as I don't want other issues. Caesar was very professional and helpful, but unfortunately, sometimes your contractors can really snowball that great service. I do love our home, but at any price point in a home, I really wished that the final part of the process was shown some pride in workmanship I am hopeful that there is a turnaround of our views after we have warranty work done. Walk through was very responsive.

Im happy with the piece of land and floor plan but the quality of workmanship and materials were not too good.

We moved into our home and have many outstanding issues that were not fixed promptly. It felt like once the home was sold to us, making sure things worked correctly was not a top priority. Also, communication with customer service has been very difficult. I've had to submit questions 7 different ways and still am not getting clear answers.

My experience has be alright due to some issues that I started having with my home it hasn’t been the best but we are working on getting them fixed

Nothing to say other than the lowest grade of Sherwin Williams paint was used. Not sure where else corners were cut.
