Lack of quality and attention around the workmanship is ridiculous for paying close ro 900k for a home. Nearly all doors and door frames are dinged, dented, bonded, repainted or in the worst case just left as is. Outlet cutouts are over cut and the wall is repair around many of them or not repaired at all. Baseboards are not smoothly connected to each other. Wall is damaged in areas and never fixed. Cabinets have dings are are obviously bonded and covered with touch up paint rather than replaced. Tiles are hazy and will not come clean. Customer service seems to only respond when babysitting every issue, very dissatisfied, very disappointing. I expect more from your company...do better, be better. ... More

We had wonderful experience with Village Builders. The staff was very responsive and took care of our needs. We are happy to get a good quality home within promised time and budget.

Village Builders has built a home we love and with high quality. Of course, there's no such thing as perfection, and we didn't expect every little detail to be superb, but the overall quality and completeness of our home is awesome. We love where we live and get lots of compliments on our home, inside and out. It's important if you're buying new construction to know what you get and don't get, and to be prepared to add the upgrades you need to complete your home yourself or else you may feel disappointed (e.g. curtains and other finishing touches that you will personalize your home with).

We've been in our home for nearly 6 months and so far everyone has been very responsive to any general questions we've had and the few (minor) warranty issues that have arisen. The person responsible for coordinating warranty repairs is quick to respond, follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the corrective action taken, and always seems genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, our Salesperson and the Construction Supervisor also touch base periodically to "see how things are going?".

Workmanship and design need improve.

I was expecting a better customer service and responsiveness from the team , but that was not the case. Whenever I inquired about any issue or asked about progress on construction side there was a dead silence. Not knowing what is going on and the reasons that were stopping the progress on construction was very difficult to deal with. I would suggest you find a better builder in the market who address your concerns and responds to issues or queries promptly and puts your mind at ease when spending the fortune on a house.

Construction side very responsive and cater to your need. But will not recommend to anyone due because sale representatives very tricky and feel like they ripping you off if they know by the time you done building and market price go up they will try to scamming more money out of your pocket. I have a very stressful through this buying experience from buying a home with you guys. This is my third time buy home and this is the most bad experience I have from all of my previous builder. The one star I give is for the construction only.

Found the house and got it on a quick close and everyone worked well to make it a pleasant buying experience

We absolutely love our new home. We especially want to recognize Brian, our Construction Manager. He has gone above and beyond with helping us with issues that have arisen with our new home. We give him 5++ stars. He is professional, and always gets things done as promised!! Fantastic manager!!

Construction Workmanship and materials are bad , over all construction quality is bad . The Home buyers are not given correct options and advise during Upgrades selection and designer options . Over all they just some how try to sell without worrying about Customer satisfaction .

Bought an inventory home. Fantastic service. Some minor issues with work couldn’t be fixed, but overall great experience.

Long story short, we had 3 sales people and 3 foremen throughout this process and the problems don't end there. The final foreman was amazing but he had to repair and fix a lot of stuff the other crews did poorly. The customer care rep is working hard for us but again, we should not have to be repairing this many things with a brand new $500K home.

We had the worst experience working with Village Builders. Our salesperson and her manager were unprofessional and offered no resolution to our concerns. They were unknowledgeable about the features of our new home and made no attempt to make us feel comfortable. We do love our home, but the home buying process for our home was a nightmare for us (especially with us being first time home buyers). If we ever purchase another home in the future, it will not be with Village Builders.

With a late start and the pandemic, still were able to get us into our beautiful home in a reasonable timeline.

Great staff

The experience had it's ups and downs as you would expect when building a home from start to finish, but over all the experience was good. The workmanship is okay, but the quality of the materials in some areas seems lacking for an expensive home (e.g. cheap paint, sink disposer) - things you don't really notice until you're in the house for a little while. We love our new home and would build with VB again. The trades are a bit careless and that's where you have to really stay on top of things.

Purchased a home in October 2019 and closed in November 2019 so Village could book the sale in 2019 accounting year at their request. We were told the items that needed to be replaced or repaired would be taken care of and not to worry, it is now May 2020 and we are still waiting for Village/Lennar to make good on their promise. We have had multiple customer care representatives and construction managers addressing the issues and we are extremely frustrated. We closed in late November but the home was unavailable to move into until late March because all the windows needed to be replaced, the cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room also needed to be repaired and re-stained. The drywall in the Powder Bathroom needed to be repaired and the ceiling in the Kitchen and we are still waiting for the for additional work to be done. I had to repair the tile flooring at my expense $1,400.00 because the staff that is in customer care kept changing throughout November through February, and I could not wait. The yard is not level we have sinkholes, trenches, low spots that need leveling which they never have done. Every door handle in the house is either dented or scratched. We were missing door stoppers, doors would not close, painting needed to be done and still needs to be done and I have also hired someone to paint places that should of been done by Village at the cost of $1,400.00. This is my 14th new home in 40 years and is the worst experience and poorest quality and biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. I would not recommend Lennar or Village to anyone. ... More

excellent job, we love our home.

Built many homes and village has been the best in terms of value, timeliness, and flexibility. They met all of our requests in a professional manner and were able to incorporate changes without delaying build time. Would build with village again. Oscar and Katie were awesome.

We are very pleased with the Renaissance series home built by Village Builders. The home is truly beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

I was hooked at the entrance, then the front door, next the hardwood floors, let us not forget the added brickwork around the cook top with windows galore. I love it.
