Was a smooth experience and quality build

We overall had a great experience. Loved working work John and Stephen. We loved selections on the interior design. Loved working with Brent and Jaamal. Some items needed to be fixed but we put in a ticket and it's literally fixed the next day or someone gets on it the same day.

The team was easy to work with, the pricing and size of our home was what we needed in our retirement years. The team responded in a timely manner to any small problems that came up. The tradesmen were good at the jobs they did along each step in building our home.

We love the neighborhood and couldn’t be pleased with the builder and the team that made this possible for us. Typically, I’m not particularly eager to do a review without having much time to measure, but we have now been in our home for four months, and there has never been a time that I could not contact the builders when we had questions, concerns, or issues. excellent job, we love our home.

Built many homes and village has been the best in terms of value, timeliness, and flexibility. They met all of our requests in a professional manner and were able to incorporate changes without delaying build time. Would build with village again. Oscar and Katie were awesome.

I was hooked at the entrance, then the front door, next the hardwood floors, let us not forget the added brickwork around the cook top with windows galore. I love it.
